Lycopodium suits people who are thin ,withered , full of gas , and dry . They lack vital heat , have poor circulation and cold extremities . They are sensitive to noise and odours .
You seem to fit this description
Now whether lycopodium will benefit u or not that is to be seen .
Also please note that homeopathic medicines are not like allopathic or ayurvedic , herbal medicines which can be taken daily several times to get the desired benefit .
Lycopodium is a deep acting remedy , it is to be taken once and its action lasts 30 to 40 days . Hence i repeat it is to be taken once . If this is the medicine then some effect will be noticed in first few days and the effect necessarily need not be confined to one part says nose , you can feel some change on any front .
In case this does not turn out to be the right remedy no change will be observed but we have to wait at least for a week before we come to a conclusion .
Please do not take any medicine carbo veg , aloes etc at least for 10 to 15 days .
You will have to strictly avoid coffee , perfumes /body sprays at least for initial 10 days after taking the medicine . Even if it is difficult this has to be followed .No flexibilty around this for at least the first ten days otherwise the action of the medicine will get masked .
Dissolve 2 pellets ( or pour 2 drops of liquid )of Lyco 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. Allow the pellets to dissolve on their own which takes some time . You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.
(Before putting the pellets or drops of LYCO. in the bottle of spring water , please discard from this bottle as much water so that only around 120-150 ml water remains . Then put the pellets or the drops of the medicine )
Take a capful from this bottle 3 times in one day, spaced by 60 minutes .
This is to be done for one day ONLY. No repetition of the medicine .
(After u have taken the dose do not throw the bottle , add around 50 ml of brandy or pure alcohol to it and preserve it because in case if u receive benefit this can be used for dose repitition at a later date )
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT .
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.

5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin
Please also remember as explained that the 3 doses has to be taken once .
No homeopathic medicine should be repeated until the reaction to the initial dose
Well if the remedy selected is ok then the first sign of improvement will noticed in the first few days .

I started this post with hope that I would have a remedy for my nasal problem....but end up with IBS related remedy.
The nasal problem is dragging me to operation theater .....please consider.

Dear Vikas, Dr. Pankaj suggests Cuprum Met 200....so which one to start first....Lycop 30 or Cupr met 200?

Regarding Cuprum Metallicum , i can only repeat that as there are no disease specific medicines in homeopathy hence each prescriber can have a different medicine in mind .
however in the end only one medicine will work .
Since u already have lycopodium with u , u can start with that but please make sure which ever medicine u take do not take 2 medicines at a time and there should be a gap of more than at least 15 days before u change or repeat the medicine .

Any other change u observed after Lycopodium .
If u wish , maybe we can try to find another remedy .

I have following action in mind .
One dose of Sulphur 30 c ( Dr Reckewegs/Schwabe ) in the same manner as Lycopodium 30 was taken
Wait for 21 days followed by one doses of Calcarea Silicata 30c
Hope this will improve things .
Please do not leave in between .
Waiting for your response .
