Dear grower,
I am again suffering from pain in my left foot where there is a persistent swelling around the ankle.
It started paining after I came from grocery shop carrying some heavy ration items. Shop is just near by.
I have already informed you that I feel weakness either.
I have seen whenever I do physical exertion, pain follows.
It also follow change in weather (from hot to cold or rain).
Earlier, I used to take china for some time for my weakness. But, I am unable to take any medicine since took Lyco.
I am also down with severe cough and cold. It's happening very frequently. I don't know, if weakness is actually the reason behind it. In last two months, I have been hit by severe cough and cold thrice which continues for 4-5 days keeping restless day and night.
I am taking tulsi the way you had suggested. It's been two days from now since I was hit by cough and cold.

To strengthen your body immunity , please get AMLAKI RASAYAN and take 2 teaspoonful every day .
Please alao buy Chyvanprash and take one teaspoon every day .
Buy them today
In home please keep handy Mulethi and Sonth Powder ( you can get from any ayurvedic shop) and mix them with honey for cough and cold and of course tulsi .
In milk, drop little saffron sticks and take them in morning , these all will give u strength internally .
U simply have to fight your way out of it .
Please wait or a while , let this acute phase pass over .

Please suggest me some medicine. I have UNBEARABLE headache today which is increasing every hour.
It all started after something black colored sticky thing came out from my one nose while I was blowing it in daytime.
I have never experienced such headache in my life. I urgently need some medicine.
My cough and cold is almost normal.

Dear Grower,
I wrote you last night because my condition was terrible. I had severe headache with dizziness. Later I vomited also. Now it's alright.
But,this was for the first time in my life.
I did not take medicine because I didn't want Lyco to be affected anyway.
But as you have suggested, I will take pain killer in extreme case next time.
Sometimes I feel I am bothering you so much. But, I have no other option. Because you are the one I can trust.

About weakness , take 2 glasseds of milk every day and put 2 dtops of Rogan badam shrin in it ( dabur or hamdard brand )
Please also drink one glass of moshammi juice every day .

Dear grower,

Only three days ago, no swelling was visible.
It started surfacing again also because of some amount of tension I have these days.
Our land lord has given us a notice and we are not getting any good house. If in case there is any good house, we are not able to afford it.
My son has also grown up and we have to send him school. We are yet to ascertain which school will be good for him. getting your son admitted in a school in Delhi is a huge problem especially when your pockets are empty.
Anyways, this is life. We are all struggling each day.
I must say I am not at all sad with all these problems but only tensed. I am happy with what I have. I mean to say I am happy from inside.
Please suggest, if I need any medication.

Sorry for the late reply , i could check it today only .
The struggles that u are encountering are basically ' rites of passage' of urban life .
Presently u have been exposed to ugly facets of delhi , however a time will come when the good aspects of living in a mega metropolis will become evident.
Do not worry , trudge along with a hope in heart and twinkle in eyes .
Please note that these are troubles ane not problems , the struggles cannot be wished away but can be whisked away , if u show perseverance.
One more thing that i have realized is that real happiness comes when our kids are happy so as long as that is there no matter how much deep in trouble we may be but is our kids are ok every other thing is bearable.
It is good to know that u are happy and not distraught from inside , that is actually a state of good health .

It's extremely bad for me when I am not in your touch.
We shifted to a new house only two days ago and thankfully my internet connection was resumed today. It was really terrible experience how we searched this house after getting notice from our previous landlord, and shifted here. I just don't want to recall. It took us entire month to come over the problem.
But, you know, amid this process my condition has again gone bad. Because of too much exertion during shifting, both of my legs have again swollen well.
What to do now. Sometimes, I wonder whether I'll ever be able to get rid of this dirty disease ? I have lots of responsibility to meet. How will I do all these things. Will I ever be cured completely ? I can't take tea, can eat onion, can't eat junk food. Moreover, of I face some other problem, O can take any medicine (homeopathy) for that How long will I have to compromise with my condition? What I used to be an what has happened to me. The new house is in second floor of the building. I can't go down even to get milk for my son because of my condition.

While shifting I got injured with a nail but I could not take Ledum Pal because I have taken Lyco. How long will I have to suffer ?? Your medicine was working well but why does my thyroid resurface ?? Is it incurable ??

For emergency conditions , injuries allopathic treatment is must.
U can also take Tea , Onion and Junk Food . It is better to avoid them after taking the remedy , say for the first seven days.
How is Prakash these days . Is his office issues solved.

Yes, I have taken Lyco 30 and 200 till now.
Both legs are fully swollen. There is severe pain in both legs (below knees). I also feel that my face is too swollen. Facing difficulty in climbing up stairs; it makes me breathless.
These are the major symptoms. Anything else you want to know please ask.

Yes, You are right. I have taken Lyco 30 amd 200 till now.
Both of my foot are fully swollen. And I have intense pain in them (below knees). I also feel that my face is swollen. face difficulty in climbing stairs; this makes me breathless.
