Hi every one,I was reading Materia medica (dont know which one - Boericke, allen, clarke ), when i came up with this sentence
" Patient complains of prostatic fluid smell coming from his cloth ", under the introduction of a medicine. Forgot to write the name down
Can any one fine me the name of this medicine

Sorry I don't know in which MM you might have seen that sentence. I just want to say that you need too differentiate between imaginary smells (like in sulphur, among others, in which case you will use the rubric:MIND: DELUSIONS) and the real case of dribbling pf (like e. g. sabal or selenium, in which case you have to check remedies under MALE: PROSTATORRHEA.
