Dear Sameer,
Dandruff has started to increase again.
New wounds are coming on skin. Overall there is improvemnt on her skin. There has been water discharge from her cheeks for couple of days, but a lot lesser than before.
Her mood has been fine. Itchy is still very intense but with reduced frequency on most of the days.

Do you think I can give her next potency of Pulsatilla.

Dear Sameer,

I gave her Puls 200C a week ago, she started having some new pimples, and overall skin was looking better. Thighs and cheeks were almost cleared up, wounds were again healed.
2 days ago she got immunizations shots, and since then her cheeks have watery discharge, has been cracking up more and more, and then builds up a hard crust, and its very dark red in color with some watery discharge.
If I wash her face, she feels hurt with water.

I would appreciate if you can advise soon.
I have puls 1M with me, do you think I can give a dose of that an see?

Dear Sameer,

Its 2 weeks after puls 200c.
Her dandruff has been cleared up again.
Watery discharge from her cheeks has reduced. But cheeks are still very red, dry, chapped, and flaky after she itches on them. She itches a lot under her chin too.
Rest of the body shows almost 25% improvement. Thighs have no more cracks/wounds and watery discharge, just some discolored stains on the skin because of older wounds. Behind the knees still have cracks but reduced than before. She has been getting some new pimples all over her body, just 1-2 on legs, 1-2 on tummy, 1-2 on back, 1-2 on arms, 1-2 on face... its like everywhere, they keep on coming and going, and if she notices them she scratches it off.

Her mood had been good mostly, but last 3-4 days she has started to make things little bit tough again. Like when older sister is sick, she started crying a lot because I carried her sister to bed. She cried so badly, and kept saying 'I want you to carry me first' even though i explained that sister is not well. Mostly she is happy, but if things are not done her way then its hard for us.
There has been improvement in her diet also.
From all over her body, cheeks/under chin, and wrists are more itchy than rest of the body. Intensity has defintely reduced for rest of the body and settles down sooner than before.
Still there's a long way to go, her doctor saw her after a while and was very concerned about her skin, and told us to show her to allergist and dermatologist as soon as possible.
People who see her for the first time or after a long time also think so bad about her skin. But I know the difference, and believe that we are on right track for her.

A week after...
Overall a tough week, wounds increasing, face has been really bad. Mood was off & on too. Itching more intensely and more frequently. Rashes increasing on her body.
Food intake has reduced too.
It clearly shows time for next dose.

I had ordered lm1 & lm2 last sunday but haven't received it yet.
Once I have it, how to give it?

Updating after 5 days of the dose...
I gave puls LM1 to my daughter on monday night before sleeping. She got high fever the same night. She slept until 4, and wokeup then because of itch, and she had 101 fever then. Until thursady she had 100-102 fever, and I had to give her motrin. Mentally she was fine. Her itch was in little control until today. She has been itching intensly today.
No improvement in her diet.

I gave puls lm1 saturday night, updating after 5 days...

night 1 and day 1 - didn't see much changes.

Night 2 - woke up twice in middle of night and had vomiting, threw up almost everything she had since lunch time.
Day 2 - Morning she didn't feel like eating anything, and wanted to vomit more but nothing came out. She was fine after that, had lunch, skin looked better, ate dinner too.
Night 3 - slept fine, woke up 2-3 times because of itchy as usual, and slept almost 5 hrs at a stretch, which has not been there for a long time. Earlier she always woke up every 2-3 hrs in the night because of itchiness.
Day 3 - Cheeks look better, redness reduced, feels little smoother. Evening she started complaining about her head, that its hurting, she kept saying 'ow.. ouch... ow.. my head hurts' i could see it was hurting badly, and she went to bed. She asked for fever syrup, and I checked with thermometer she had 102 fever.
Night 4 - After 8 hrs in middle of night i gave her one more dose, that time her body felt really hot.
Day 4 - she had no fever and was very normal, as if she was just not sick yesterday.
Cheeks cleared some more. But all over her skin she had been itching more intensly, and was taking longer to settle down after cream.
Night 5 - Took very long time to go to sleep, and just would't stop doing itchy, for almost an hour we were rubbing her.
Day 5 - Back of her thighs which have been healed completely a while ago, today it started to crack up again, and she is also itching a lot more on her thighs around her genitals.
Today she also got very upset on 1 small thing, but other than that she had been in good mood.

Updating after 5 days...

First 2 days there was no improvement on her skin, and her mood got worse. She was crying more than usual on small things and was making unreasonable demands.
3rd night she slept at 5 hrs stretch. Next day was worse, she itched almost every hour, and it was hard to settle her down.
4th day her thighs looked better, and i saw some new pus filled pimples on her skin.
Overall, her skin improved a little bit after 2 days of the dose.
Her mood has gone worse than before, otherwise she used to be happy mostly.

Dear Sameer,

Last 2 nights she slept 5 hrs in stretch, but during day-time she was itchy more than usual, today morning again watery discharge started from her cheeks, and her cheeks were very itchy, cracked, chapped, and dark red, and very warm.
Her mood has not been so bad from last 2 days. She is having just 1-2 incidents a day. Like making a big deal, if her water cup is wet from outside too, or didn't get the spoon she wanted, or anytime we listened to her older sister before her.
Today only once she complained about her legs hurting, after she got up sitting for a while. She hadn't complained about this since she is on puls.
Do you think I can go ahead with next dose of puls lm1?

updating after 48 hrs of the dose -
by saturday night i started to see improvement in her cheeks, watery discharge
stopped. sunday her cheeks looked very clear, all the redness were gone, and just the marks, and small wounds left.
today morning also it was good, today evening her cheeks are turning dark red again, and she is scratching over it.

Let me know if she needs a dose earlier than 5 days. I think last time I waited longer and it got worse.

I gave last dose to her on monday night before sleeping, watery discharge from her cheeks continued through out the night, and stopped probably by noon the next day.
By today redness from her cheeks is gone, but she has been ithcy more on her wrists and thighs.
Also from almost a week, specially during morning, she feels some thing in her throat, while talking she keeps on gagging as if she has mucous in her throat but nothing comes out.
Today morning once she complained that her legs are hurting, but in few minutes she seemed to be fine.

Today night its going to be 48 hrs again, do I repeat the dose in exact same manner?

There's has been some improvement in her skin overall, and I am going to give her another dose tonight.
How long do I have to continue this for every 48 hrs, so you don't have to reply me every 2 days? And if you don't mind, can you please explain a bit that what would be the plan after this, and how do we know we are in the right direction of cure?

Dear Sameer,
I'll be giving her 6th dose of LM1 today.
Today evening she again has watery discharge from her cheeks, and cheeks look dark red, feel warm, and very bumpy and uneven, its more on thr right side. She has made some wounds from scratching too.
Legs, arms and hands also she has been scratching, but its better than before.
Her mood seem ok if things are being done her way. If she is trying to do something and if not able to (like buttoning a shirt, or writing, or making puzzle) she starts yelling at others and blaming them that because of you I am not able to focus.
If there's not any such situation then she is fine and happy.
Now that I am giving her dose every 48 hrs, i hope I am not overdosing her, and not causing any side-effects for her.
