I never saw Tellurium to fail but at least you explain us about Sinus so we can know what is going on with you. Sinus is the main cause of tinnitus. It is the overactive nerves at eardurum. You may have too dry ear. Or may be your ear is not producing enough wax. Did you notice if you have an acceptable quantity of wax in your ear?

I would say there is not much wax in my ears, and latley sometimes i can feel the nerves behind my ear move, So what is my next option regarding this

Now you are talking. If you have no wax, Tellurium will work very slowly.
Once a while put almond oil in your ear and read my post on Graphites.
You need to take Graphites for at least one year and will see wax again in 4 months. You can grind up up 1 inch of black lead from a soft pencil and mix it in 300 ml. of mineral water. Take two drops of it two times a day.

How often should i take tellurium now, and let me make sure that i understood what you said, take 2 drops of the graphite mix in mineral water by mouth and should i use the 300 ml quantity even though it's been a few days since i mixed it?

Kuldeep now i feel like i have to tell you every symptom big or small, When i open my mouth as one would do to relieve the pressure if you are in an Airplane my left ear near the ear drum clicks and i can hear the noise and sometimes on the right too.

Yes you have dry ear, wax is very important and nature has a purpose of it.
Graphites is your medicine and home made Graphites works like magic. I saw store medicine fail but home medicine never fails. Your ear is dry. For the time put some almond oil to reduce the damage. You will get partial benifit because ear drum is naked dry on the other side (inner ear).
Use 300 ml bottle for 1 inch of pencil lead and use the water till it lasts and then make a new bottle.

Sinus is a complex matter, no two patients has similar problems, so far you have not told ma about your Sinus. There are 14 Sinus Cavities in the face region, I dont' know which is affected and how? If you have no wax in ear means no protective coating in all sinus, but I am just guessing, I dont' know what is your case.

well recently i was sent for an MRI because of my TINNITUS and then CHRONIC sinus was discovered, I used to have a lot of head aches but in the one year they almost disappeared, But first i am more interested in taking care of the tinnitus and then draining my sinuses. I just hope i get rigd of this tinnitus, It's been an experience like no other.

Tellurium 30 is always effective. Also whenever you take bath, dry your ears with hair dryer.

Kuldeep, I tried tellurrium aabout 8 months ago when you had asked me to, but it did not work, I am still with tinnitus but am able to cope with it a little better, I was initially on clonopin and i have gotten off of it. I am not able to get to the source as to why I have tinnitus. I do have chronic sinus. Can that be a reason. All my hearing test have come out fine. I have high pitch heraing loss, but i believe that's common.
