Salamu 3laikum.Actually brother sadeq i got very busy after i posted the problem and forgot to deal with you people .And brother sadiq you are right ,the urine problem is not actual problem,it resulted from pre-cum leakage.I am very sensitive to pre-cum leakage but the leakage is v v v small in amount,wouldnt make a tiny drop.All tests show normal

Bro sadeq,the precum is crystal colour liquid ,visible but v v v less,so almost negligible. No pain but i feel urine is not cleared

Prostatic discharge may be happen from any problem of prostate. But as you have no pain in prostate or genital organs, I am confuse about suggesting any prostate remedy.
If erection had any problem, I would suggest Conium for you. But as erection is ok, so I could not suggest it.
I think, your prostate may have any minor leakage, so you do not feel any pain. So I can suggest you to take a prostate remedy named 'Pulsatilla-30' just a single dose and wait for a week. But if you realy do not have any prostate problem, this remedy can cause any proving symptoms. But as no risk no gain, so you can try it. If any problem happen, please inform me and then you have to take antidote.

My name is mir and my age is 28 years old & married.
I have been suffering from premature ejaculation and weak erection for the past 3-4 years. i have been constantly having issues with PE.. I have also noticed lot of pre cum coming out when i am aroused or earling in the morning after some erection.
there is also strong urge to urinate right after urinating.I feel like dribbling and few drops would come of if I wait for a minute or so.
Night emmissions have been normal except on few occassions.
Kindly suggest me some good medicines for long term purpose. does kegel exercise would help me to benefit from the above said.
I am currently in London so advise me long term course which would help me permanently.
Also let me know where these medicines would be available in Hyderabad India?

As prevention is better than cure, so first, I would suggest the patient (Ashraf) to avoid any excessive strain for urinate.
Then I would suggest to take remedy for recover the probable physical damage occured by overuse and straining during urinate. It is obvious that, as much as he would straining, the precum problem, urine dribbling will increase more and more, and in future, the patient may be victimized by sexual and uro-genital problems.

As I do not know the exact present condition of patient, I cannot advice any specific remedy for him. Based upon the condition, I can quote some reference from Materia Medica.
