Swinging between to remedies

Hi All, I'm currently seeing a homeopath for my daughter, who has extremley enlarged tonsils, (not infected). I am just wondering if I have found the right practitioner. I have seen this homeopath 4 times (over 3 months) and will be going back in 2 weeks. Whilst I have been seeing her, there has been no improvement in my daughters tonsil problem. She has prescribed calc carb 30c and pulsatilla 30c alternatively, except for the visit where she told me to put 10 drops of calc carb in a glass of water and stir, then give a teaspoon on alternate days for 3 doses. Then wait a week, (which I did, to no result), she then told me to give my daughter a teaspoon of 12 drops calc carbin a glass of stirred water. After the teaspoon of 12 drop solution my daughter got severly constipated, whingy, clingy, had nightmares, and got argumentative with her sister. My homeopath has now told me to give her a teaspoon of 20 drops of pulsatilla in half a glass of water. My concern is that she will just swing the other way, and yet her tonsil problem is still not allieviated!
What should I do?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you please give the following information. The questionnaire refers to a boy. Please don't mind. What is the age of your daughter. Please describe the appearance of tonsils, kind of pain, whether pain is continous or intermittent, the things that aggravate etc.

1. whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.

2. whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable diposition.

3.What other physical problems, if any does he have.

4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.

5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems. Whether this problem is hereditary.

Thanks for your reply Kadwa,

The subject is a girl, she is 4½ years old.

She is usually warm, and prefers to wear short sleeves most of the time.

She spends most of her time indoors.

She is usually sweet tempered and easily disciplined, even an angry voice will make her cry.

She has pale skin, has had a tendancy for constipation since birth, and loves to drink milk and eat milk based foods.

Her tonsils don't hurt, but are huge, they cause her to snore terribly at night, (hence she always seems tired). She, her father and sister all have many food allergies, (hereditry).

It also has an effect on her eating habits, she often complains of not being able to swallow large amounts.

Her Father has the same problems with snoring and tiredness, as does his mother.

She has always had a tendancy to wake from nightmares.

I have not noticed a time of day where she is worse, but she is always in a bad mood after waking up from sleep or naps.

thanks for your time !

The above case is not at all Homeopathy. It is polypharmacy. The cure is by chance not by design.

**This is not how dose is given in homeopathy. Homeopathy remedy is a stimulation to vital force and are not given like this. Please stop giving her puls and tell me for how many days you have given her the remedies.

Please give her 1 pellet each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 7 days and report back. Tissue salts can be given at a time so please don't panic if anyone warns you against giving more than one tissue salt at a time.
ferrum phos 6x
kali mur 6x
calc phos 6x
