Lump in throat

I am currently undergoing a lot of change in my life, I am returning to study in September I had a baby about 15 months ago and have moved twice in the last year and we are moving again in the next year due to my husbands job. I have been experiencing a lump in my throat which seems to be permanently there, it is not sore but but it makes me feel quite anxious. Is there something I can take for the lump and all the change and anxiety about it. I am also worried about leaving my child full time in childcare as I currently only work part time.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Kali Carb 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
