This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I can't remember. But my appetite always increase a bit when on pms. Not that much, though. I am noticing now that causticum made my intestine works properly. I ate sushi 15 days ago and I felt ill. Since that episode may intestine was holding stools and it wasn't working properly. My intestine now has released some loosen stools and I feel much much much better! I guess I was holding toxins. And maybe the hunger has something to do with intestine?

When should I take another dose of causticum?

Joana, You can take another dose tomorrow. But just before the dose, shake the bottle up and down(during the downward motion hit the bottle gently against your other palm) for 7 times. This is important.

before I take another dose of causticum I should update that I am having a very strange pain in the neck region. Maybe it is my right amidala, maybe my right ear, maybe it is the right part of my throat, my larynx or pharynx. I don't know. But the pain is really strong. I can't even turn down without feeling a very strong pain in that region. Do you think it has something to do with the dose of causticum 15ch that I took? It's began yesterday morning. I'd woken up with some pain and it has increased since then. My intestine is also not working satisfactorily.
Please, tell me what to do.

I have been reading on this site people saying that it is safe to try to increase breast with lecithin 3x or sabal serrulata Q, what do you think about it and what would you prescribe for me, if so.

Joana, These are mere cosmetic measures which do not work most of the time or worse can result in unnecessary troubles.
If you have any symptom with respect to breasts then put it down as a symptom, a remedy can be chosen including that symptom.

Ok. I thought it would be good for me, because I have lots of symptoms on breast before period(liquid retention that makes them change size). Actually before I a have these symptoms my breast were bigger when not with fluid retention. Now they get on the normal size when I have fluid retention and smaller when I am not.
But if you feel it would cause me trouble, I am out of it.
Changing the subject, what is the next step?
Which potency of causticum should I take next? 15? 12? And when?
Should I wait until symptoms get started or should I take it now?

Please go ahead with another dose of causticum 15c after succussions. After a couple of doses, we may need next potency in the scale, causticum 18c.

Well, I bought lots of herbs extract to put into my shampoo in order to get stronger and silkier hair. Later, I've discovered it was extract of avocado that cause all the damage. Avocado extract is dangerous if not used carefully.
I've used extract of: rosemary, ginko biloba, avocado, aloe vera, carrots, chamomile.
And oil of: carrot, jojoba, macadamia.
Ok. I'll take another dose of causticum 15 (in the same way I had taken last time, right?): one drop dissolved in 250ml of water. Take one drop from this mixture, as a single dose.
I have to tell you that my period have been over for 8 days and I am already bleeding, with some sadness... that's horrible! That's why I'll take it right now.
I feel a deep gratitude for you! Thanks a lot!!!

It's incredible to observe how fast causticum works in me!!!
After a few minutes I had calmed down.
I haven't realized but my body was tense and after a few minutes I loosed a sigh of relief and relaxed.
I must tell you that I maybe have taken more than 1 drop. Is there any problem?
When I realized, it has already fallen into my mouth.

Just so you know, I guess I took causticum in a wrongly: After 30 minutes that I took it, I had dinner. Is that ok? Or do you think food would antidote the medicine?

One drop in excess or the food/drink restrictions for only 30 minutes aren't significant when compared to the way you took the dose. Food wouldn't have anti doted the medicine.
Did you preserve the solution of 15c and took the second dose from this ? or Did you take the second dose by preparing afresh?

Sorry, but I couldn't understand what you're saying. What do you mean by 'comparing to the way I took the dose'?
I'm not sad anymore, but the bleeding continues (in a minor quantity but it is still there).

The wet dose's advantage for sensitive people lies in preparing the solution once, then taking subsequent doses from the same bottle after due succussions. The succussions change the potency very slightly making the reception of the dose gentle.
Since from your post I suspected that you might not have taken the dose from the old bottle I wrote 'compared to the way you took the dose'. As you had taken the dose already, now nothing is to be done. But keep this medicinal bottle in a safe, cool, dry place away from sunlight. For the next dose, you shall use the same solution. If you have preservation issues(sometimes the solution can become contaminated with dust, algae from exposure to sunlight), then you might add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the bottle.

I'll buy a bottle of water and make the mix as you told me. The thing is, I am not doing this mix in a bottle. I am doing on a glass of water and throwing the mixture away after taking one drop. Sorry! I didn't know it would make any difference. Is just that I have lots of big bottles of water here, but not a small one, so I've decided to do the mix in a glass for lazy reasons(so I wouldn't have to go out and buy a small one). From now on I'll buy this bottle and make the mixture as you thought me.

I've been hearing about a mixture of selenium 30c + vitamine E + some hydrating lotion to cure bloating breath, is that correct? It is suppose to be used 2 times a day, locally only. What do you think about it?

Please do not act on such experimental things. Selenium is a homeopathic remedy and is not advisable to mix with whatever we're trying to do. Vit. E is beneficial though as a supplement or external application.
Do you have bloating and shortness of breath? What do you mean by bloating breath?

Days before period my breasts get really, really painful. That's why I am asking you about lecithin 3x, sabal serrulata Q and selenium with vitamine E. Years ago, when I started with this symptom, my breasts shrinked when not painful and get in the normal size only before menstruation. Also, that bloating sensation on breasts are really annoying.
