Swollen hand n foot problem to my 2.8 yrs old son
Hi,My 2.8 yrs son had a infected head scalp.very frequently he is victim of loose motions etc. From last 1 yr after every 5-7 days ,one of his hands or feet gets swollen when he gets up in the morning. So telling all the things i met a famous MD Homeopath in Gurgaon named 'Dr. Bimal Gosain'. He said 'He has before birth allergy i.e. he victim of some allergies start from his birth , it is from genes only.He gave liquid medicine in a bottle. The produre to give medicine is strange i.e.
1.tap the bottle thrice on plam
2. mix half teaspoon of it in half cup of water
3. Then give the child 1 teaspoon of this mixture and THROW THE REST
Pls tell me. What it is all about. Like does homeopathic has answer to birth allergies. wht can it be. why the doc tells to thorw medicine mixture.
Pls help by explaining me these things.
Is this problem of my son curable.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
He is asking medicine to throw because only fresh medicine to take in this method.
However, I am not convinced about swelling due to allergy by your history.

Well my doc asked lot many things like on which side he sleeps? does he moves during his sleep? does he make teeth sound while sleeping? any sputum when he gets up in morning? he saw his head scalp as well.
I told him the history of very frequent loose motions. 1 yr back when i consulted an ayurvedic doc, he told me giv him 10 drops of Cod liver oil twice a day. But whenever i leave this dose of cod liver oil even for 2-3 days he again gets painful big swelling in either of his hands or feet.
After concluding from all facts , my Homeopath doc told that he has gentic allergy right from his birth.
Pls suggest wht can be the problem as per views. I 'll be highly obliged.

Do you have got any liver function test done or consulted any pediatrician.
What about his appetite, stool, urine, and lastly weight and height.

Yes Doctor.
We had consulted many peditrcians for this. Everytime they give lotso f anti viral and anti bacterial medicines which were making my son's condition evven bad.
Urine test ,stool test everything was normal.
Apetite was also normal 1 yr back. But when i consulted Ayurvedic doc, he said it is a liver problem. He told us to give him Cod liver oil. We were giving him that only form last 1 yr. It was benefitting him a lot in terms of apetite n heatl improvement, he is aorund 15 kg, with 36-37 inch height now after cod liver oil.
But in the meanwhile i noticed if i stop cod liver even for 2 days, then agian he gets swelling.
So just last week, i consulted homeopath, he toldme to discontinue cod liver oil and gave his own medicine by telling it a genetic allergy.
Pls advice.

You did wrong by giving cod liver oil for one year.
I think it is due cod liver oil use.
Please get a new liver function test done.
Sorry to say you made late to visit a homeopath.
If you visited first for recurrent loose motion then your child would not face these problems.
It is well known that homeopathy does not have any side effects. Please can you tell me why? I just want to know what common people thinks about it. please.

Your son's problems can be cured by homeopathic treatment. Please follow your homeopath and report your son's progress here after one month.

Steroids treatment should be justified so It is wise to have written prescriptions of drugs from any doctor so you can know what you are given.

Me and my husband never had these problems of swelling, anyhow i use to suffer from head scalp infection in initial 6-7 years of my life.
I'll go for the tests said by you, and will update you on the same.

Such results can happen with homeopathic medicine so do not suspect about steroids.
A MD homeopathic doctor cannot do such tricks (I strongly believe so).
Regarding genetic allergy you are describing he may be telling about miasm not an allergic disorder.
You may not able to understand correctly as it is difficult to understand homeopathy.
You can wait to go for blood test for your child.

I cannot say about how long this treatment will go, but can say that you should treat with homeopathic medicine as much as possible for all common disease conditions of your child.

Hi Pooja, i just want to say that u said that in six days u looked results but in my experience homeopathic med. shows its results even during sitting in homeo clinic, it is not exageration, it is fact, i am witness of it. so plz. dont doubt about that, homeopahtic is the real remedy of illness. thats y it is said that ' Homeopathic never fails rather homeopath fails'. I will pray for ur child...thanx
