ok but it's prudent to have remedies that may be used commonly handy.
If Bryonia has helped you no need to take gels. now.

dear dr.maheeru, happen to read in some thread that mag phos relaxes uterine muscles. not sure how far its true.
im kind of confused if it is okay to take it during labor where we need strong contractions ?
Also i have bought all the remedies except secale that you mentioned. Bt i could find only 30c of caulophyllum and cimicifuga. Puls i have in 200x which i bought back in India.
Is that okay?
When should these remedies be taken?
thanks in advance!

Puls. 200x is not fine. Please get it in 200c. Also secale 200c is important.
One will come across a whole lot of things while reading..... some info. could even be contradictory. Everything must be understood in perspective. Mag. phos. is an important thing during the last month of pregnancy. It relaxes uterus, prevents eclampsia and painful cramps and helps in easy labour and also delayed labour. In traditional societies, magnesium sulphate material doses are given to easen labour. The fear that mag. phos. will prevent strong contractions is misfounded. Moreover you're taking this tissue salt along with kali phos. so there's no problem.
31st onwards you will take pulsatilla 200c for 3 days. Leave a gap of 3 days with no medicine. If delivery has not happened till this point then you will follow the same procedure with Secale 200c. While you're taking these meds. stop the tissue salts.
