Do you have Aesculus Hippocastanum Q?

Piles have no shape. They are just like a piece of very small flesh which is hanging. Its neither pink nor like grapes. also pain is not like honey bees sting but like needle, thorns type.
I dont have Aesculus Hip Q but have Aesculus 200 n collinsonia 200 which you suggested me some time back.

You must get Aesculus Hippocastanum Q asap. The 200 will not work. Please take 3 times a day.
You may use Hypericum 200C for pain for the time being.

Please use Desi Ghee in your cooked foods. Take Almond Oil (Badam Roghan) mixed in 1/4 cup of warm milk on daily basis.
You must do what ever it takes to avoid constipation.

Thanks a lot. Ill do everything as advised.
Also got my blood test reports. There is slight infection in urine. My gynae said right now its not too grave and suggested me lot of water. Urine culture is advised again after two weeks and if the situation doesnt improve in two weeks then she might give me antibiotics which ofcourse i would like to avoid by all means. Is there any remedy to take care of this issue as well?

Alhamdolillah i am doing fine. Please suggest me something which can take care of extremely blaoted stomach and gas. I am not having morning sickness but as the day progresses things become really bad. It starts at noon and by evening I am almost dead in bed. In the noon stomach bloats to an extent of six-seven months pregnancy. I feel extremely heavy as if someone has put iron/ stones in my tummy. Eating makes me worse but then I feel hungry all the time. Appetite has increased and digestion has slowed. Alhamdolillah for now there are no pilesissues but gas/ blaoted tummy making my life miserable for 12 hours in a day. Please help
Also i have been asked to get urine tests again. will get it on saturday and i hope problem has been solved inshallah

Please take Lycopodium 30C, 2 drops in 1/4 cup of mineral water, only one dose every other day, for 1 week.

Just wanted to tell you I am doing fine by Almightys grace. Reports of first trimester scan were very good Alhamdolillah.
Just caught cold few days back and coping with that :) Rest is Alhamdolillah fine

Thanks for your kind words and prayers. Need your help as to I am feeling very weak and drowsy through out the day. Main reason is that I am not able to sleep well. There is no sound sleep and there is lot of discomfort (i know its kinda normal but still i thought may be something can help). I am having lot of difficulty in performing normal daily chores as I fall short of breath and start panting. Gas and digestion probs still there but much better than before. Alhamdolillah no constipation for almost two months.

I am delighted to inform you that I delivered a healthy and beautiful daughter last week.Last trimester was quite painful and the delivery was by way of C-Section.Alhamdolillah now me and my baby are doing fine.
