Idra, I have no specific feelings toward you either way. It is very difficult creating (or expecting relationships) to form via an internet forum. I am not on here all the time, I have a number of people whose cases I manage, and I have my own clientelle in real life which always come first. I may only have time to answer a certain number of questions or concerns working from the top of the list as it appears to me.
The amount of support I can give face-to-face clients is far more than I can offer you here. If you need that kind of support you may need to employ a counsellor to provide it. This might be a really good idea actually, considering your needs.
As you have already told me this is your pattern with practitioners, I am not going to take it personally, and will keep attempting to manage or prescribe for you. Such a case as yours is going to be complex, and I may not get the correct medicine straight up. I will continue to work on finding better remedies for as long as you are able to remain in the process.
If you cannot, then I hope that you find someone who is able to give you what you need. Face-to-face treatment is always more successful and more satisfying to both practitioner and patient.

Well it is done now. You will need to wait at least a week before we can consider any other remedies. If the Pulsatilla is correct aggravtion should start soon, and improvement may be clear at around 7 days or so.

Improvement should not happen that quickly in chronic cases. It is possible there was some palliation (palliation always comes quickly but rarely lasts), or that while the remedy was starting to work, it temporarily suspended your chronic disease state, which can feel good for a short period, but is not meaningful in the long run.
