Hi Nawaz

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. My eyes started to be itchy about 3 or 4 weeks ago, it feels a bit like an allergy, I get the same during the summer with hay fever.

Is a dose of alumen 200c four drops in water just taken once?

Just to let you know that I have some arsenicum I've just ordered the helonias though.

I was up late last night as i was at the recording of a tv show and it over ran, i just slept for longer this morning.

My eyes are feeling much better, they are definitely not itchy anymore. My left eye was a bit watery this morning but i think that was from a small scratch when they were itchy, the watering has gone now though.

I hope that you are well?

I just wanted to let you know that it's day 12 of my cycle and i'm not getting any signs that i'm going to ovulate. I've got no cervical fluid at all, normally it's beginning to increase by now but there is nothing.

I'm feeling really frustrated that my cycle is so irregular.

Is there anything i can take to help me ovulate?
