Wow that is great - all that from one dose.

See this is how we tell when a remedy is working and not therapy or counselling. Those things won't change the physical state, and those physical symptoms were part of the reason I gave the remedy.

So it is working. Do you still feel you are changing or are you struggling to keep moving forward?

I am changing still.

The remedy can be used to help you if you get stuck, but if you feel you can cope without it, and especially as long as your physical symptoms do not relapse, we should wait.

Feeling quite optimistic and strong, despite upcoming deadlines: lectures, reports, proposals etc.
Tearing sensation in neck better. Skin dry and thick on feet and hands, otherwise good, no need to apply lotion after showering.

Excellent. That is really good news - we are on the right track no doubt. It is very exciting.

The process of cure will be ongoing, things will come and go, flare up and resolve. The better the remedy the deeper and longer it will act too.

Always wait at least one day to see if it is a true relapse, rather than something the vital force can correct on its own.

You will probably get an aggravation after the dose, so those symptoms may flare up again.

You did get hold of 1M didn't you?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
Yes.

Telesphorus last decade
I am thinking we will need to use it soon. Let's see how this dose pans out first.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
Ok, I am ready.

Alright take a single dose of 1M, as you did with the 200c.

Alright, let's move:)

Excellent. It appears that moving up in potency was the right step to take.

Just continue observing the changes. I would like to wait as long as possible before redosing. However let me know if there is a relapse.

'I would like to wait as long as possible before redosing.'
Thanks for the reminder. If some is good, more is better, a belief that is deeply rooted.

And so not true in homoeopathy (which follows nature's laws of cure, so not true in nature either).

It may or may not - a relapse is a permanent shift away from the improvement the remedy caused, not a temporary one. A temporary aggravation from external factors should right itself if the remedy is continuing to support you. Giving another dose during a temporary aggravation will actually cause chaos.

I try to get people to wait several days to see which of these it is.
