As requested, I am reporting after 3/4 days.
About my Imbalance/Unsteadiness:
It's still there as usual. no change in symptoms
About my butterfly feeling in stomach:
It subsided the next day even before i took Nux Vomica.
I am not sure if ever there is a cure for my illness or even I doubt if someone knows what my illness is.

Considering all the symptoms that you have given I suggest you to please take COCCULUS INDICUS 30c three times a day 6 hourly for 5 days & then watch for another 3-4 days & let us know the improvement.I am once again sorry for the delay in replying to you.

Dosage is 5 pills for each dose.
Three doses in a day with a gap of 6hours each. (Not six doses)
for example 8-00am 2-00PM & 8-00PM.
As for the disease it could be a neurological issue associated with Spondylosis.But do not fall into the game of the diseases. We need cure,that's it.

Luckily I found the medicine at a local grocery store and bought it.
Will start from tomorrow(monday)and will report to you next week if everything goes according to plan.
I will report earlier if I have any issues.
Just to let you know, I will still be taking the allopathy medicine. I hope this doesn't interfere with that.

Today is the 4th day of my medicine course. I still have one more day to go.
Just wanted to let you know that I still do not feel any lessening of symptoms. I still feel the same symptoms as they were before.
I am not sure if this medicine (Cocculus Indicus)is working

But just a quick question:

What I don't understand is...isn't I supposed to see decrease of symptoms gradually (may be like a 5 to 10% or so) until now
Do the symptoms disappear all of a sudden 100% cured after the course is completed?
If there is no gradual decrease now...how can it all disappear all of a sudden after the course?

I would say it has to reduce gradually right from the time the med is taken.
However this has not happened, but still I feel that we must give time for med to work.It is certainly not a magic to happen overnight.Sometimes the vital force of our body takes time.
As suggested please wait for a few days.

You might have noticed that there seems diturbance of eustacian tube of rt. ear in this case,the main symptom is 'vertigo' and the cause is rt.ear,in my opinion pl ask him to fill the patient's questionnaire,the probable medicine is Kali mur 30 for his ear problem,since he has not fallen or got injured on head the arnica and nat.sulph are ruled out,now in the sphere of vertigo there are many medicines starting from conium to theridian,phosphorus and so on..the right selection out of these and he will respond +vely within 24 hrs infact he will start felling better within half hour of admnistration of the correct medicine out of this vertigo group,this is why people love homeopathy and you too love it...pl take my whole text in right spirit and treat him i am sure this case will show relief within 24 hrs.

I would like to say one thing...even though i had on and off vertigo, I never had a problem until the medicine adverse reaction/incident happened in Jan 2010 (described in detail in my first few posts).
All this unsteadiness/Imbalance started from then(in addition to vertigo).
Things appear to move subtly always non-stop.
What do u think might be the cause of this?

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION
It is important to describe all her problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Also elaborate about the sound in stomach is it like water bottle being emptied or gurgling or else..
And bleeging through nose it is left nostril or both and colur ...bright/dull/ normal

As a matter of fact I in the first stance itself suspected ear problem or Spondylosis. I had given him NATRUM SALY. which has not worked.
Actually it is a GAIT problem & not vertigo. This might be purely neurological & since he mentioned that all this happened after a overdose of a particular medicine I suggested NUX VOM to get over it.It may just be an opinion & not a fact.We can't be sure about the cause.

Imbalance is normal. I mean not like a drunken person. I have a normal gait but most of the times feel like I may fall down.
I have had vertigo years before and all I take is a motion sickness tablet to keep it under control. Currently Vertigo is not the issue. The main issue is with the unsteadiness where things appear to move slightly, all my surroundings appear to move and I feel like I am in a virtual world. Looking at long corridors, supermarket aisles etc also same effect.
These unsteadiness symptoms appear day and night every second/minute etc. Nothing alleviates the problem. I also have frequent right ear pain. sometimes the pain extends thru the neck portion at the back of the ear vertically.
No discharge from right ear during the trauma.
The bleeding happens mostly in the left nostril. The blood doesn't come out. I see it when cleaning my left nostril. Just a little bit normal red blood color.
But I don't see it happen anymore now a days. It used to happen daily before but I am not observing it lately.
Also the sound in stomach is gurgling sound. Happens most of the times. It seems as if the sound is travelling thru my intestine. It happens in the lower part of intestine mostly sometime accompanied by flatulence.

Yes it seems a gait problem,now the question is the cause was allopathic medicin which he is taking,why Nux has not worked inspite the claim of our mat.med. is a matter of deeper review, 2ndly mr.Ex says he is better while travelling,here cocc is ruled out,we should repertorise for his gait and narrow down and arrive the remedy I am sure if the remedy is similimum he himself will get the experience of homeopathy and will forget allopathy for life with such traumatic experience with it.

Even if it is the bad effect of allpathy it just can't go this long. There seems to be some Psychosomatic aspect as well & as you have rightly said indicated remedy will solve the problem.

Yes I agree with you it can;t go so long,but it may be so that the drug has made some permanennt chemical changes after reaction in the body in that case this is possible.The drugs which he was prescribed have been conflicting with each other and the single drug which he cntinued for long might have caused some long stnding changes.. your opinon pl.

Let me clarify few things.
I take the vertigo medicine (Meclizine - Motion Sickness) medicine since a long time without any side effects at all.
Then on 26 Jan 2011,I took the cough syrup(Delsym -Dextromethorphan) and may be an overdose between 2(25 mg each)of Meclizine and Delsym cough medicine caused a reaction and I fainted for a few minutes (not sure exactly how many). before I fainted and shortly after, I had pockets of heat travel thru all parts of my body (mouth, teeth, nose, ears, forehead, throat, genitals, hands, legs, stomach etc).
And from this day onwards, I started feeling this unsteadiness and fees like things/surroundings/objects around me are moving subtly. I feel I am in a virtual world. Anything I see seems to be moving. My unsteadiness is more prominent in the dark or early morning on waking up and also lying in bed and turning head to either side and also drying hair/head with towel after head bath and when my right ear is in pain.
I will detail out in the questionnaire but until then for your research you can use my posts since beginning for the required info and I can clarify if you have any questions.
I still take Meclizine everyday now to keep off vertigo and I do not have any side effects to it.

STOP taking Meclizine for a week & let us know how you are feeling.That will clear the picture more nicely.

I need to go to work and cannot get vertigo.
Also to tell you.....stopping meclizine does not cure my unsteadiness because until september of last year from the reaction incident in Jan,I did not take meclizine and I saw no changes in my symptoms of unsteadiness.
I have been using meclizine for a long time. It is not the issue.
The issue is the reaction.
