I need more information. On going through all 15 pages once again I realised that some answers I still do not understand, or were not answered according to the actual question I asked.

One more thing Sir, I am having pain inside the cheeks area (at both ends of lower jaw), like a small white ulcer, from the last 2-3 days, which is paining and creating discomfort in eating as well.

So you don't know which or even if either has been prescribed?
Just looking at your last set of answers, Staphysagria really seemed to fit. Whenever I think I see Staphysagria I have to also consider Cocculus, which can very much resemble it. In those cases I have seen where Staph did not work, Cocculus sometimes did.
Something that really sways me to Cocculus, is the primary problem of this remedy
AILMENTS FROM LOSS OF SLEEP
This makes them slow, they find it difficult thinking or answering questions, they lose the threads of their thoughts quite easily, cannot find the right words or finish anything. There is weakness, numbness, trembling.
'The get easily offended and are very sensitive to rough and rude manners, to insults and impoliteness.'
'They tend to brood over past unpleasant events and because of this they can become malicious..'
'Worse quarrels, verbal violence, strong emotions'

No improvement. Same condition, as before. I did not find it appropriate to disturb you during weekend. Kindly see in the morning. Sir, my patience is giving up now. I get irritated on very small things. Last night, I created a very non-sense and stupid scene. Lot of anger, very abusive with my son and wife (behaving like an animal), though showed repentance. Headache is very severe with pain in back, neck and chest area and also extreme restlessness.

Symptomatic prescribing appears to be useless for you. I am going to have to find another way to approach this. Working this way is producing nothing at all.

Well Staphysagria is the other choice, the differentiating remedy from Cocculus. Try a single dose of that.
Staph is also a differential from Anacardium interestingly enough.
