Loss of delicacy means that the person has lost a sense of what is proper behaviour. They no longer care if they offend others or act in a way that is inappropriate. They have no sensitivity for the feelings of others or what is right or wrong in
the situation.
In Phytolacca it is a kind of shamelessness, as we see in Hyoscamus. They expose themselves without any care for what is decent. They do not care where they are, they will dress or undress as they please.
I can find no reference to Kali-brom under 'delicacy'.

'Identity' means the stature of a person, which I think I am losing or have lost. I had written 'stone', as it is lifeless, with hard and numb feeling, as I feel in my head.
A bird when caught in a cage may only have one desperate feeling to become free and live its own life in the open air.
