I was thinking to write the thanking words for you for giving me such wounderful result........

My all symptoms are reduced-
I am feeling very well and energetic that u don,t belive I have started the dumbbell exercise also [previously I was feeling so lethargic that I couldn,t do my practise also]

But sir on tuesday night there was our party & there I had to take chilled beer [I like beer so much but it does not suit me ] and next day I ate sweet at morning.And afternoon I cleaned the room which was closed for many month.I have dust mite allergy and that room was full of dust with spider net.

At evening I started the sneezing ,running nose, cough and brethlessness.I had to take salbutamol nebulisation.Now at morning there is no breathlessness but are sneezing and profuse running nose and itching in nose.

Please sir tell me the remedy

I have complited 3 doses of kali bichro. and I have got relief from cough and running nose

Only problem is that at morning after waking up there is running nose and sneezing for upto 11 am and from afternoon no symptom .Once the sneezing started don,t stop, contineously 8/10 bouts come constantly.

can I start kali phos?

and 6/7 days ago while exercising with dumbbell I got sprain in shoulder [ in trapazious muscle ] Right now i have stoped the exercise but it pain me while driving the car and handling the mouse I am not taking any med. for it only appling the analgesic oint.
Please suggest the remedy for that also

Early morning sneezing,running nose and some cough,
Yesterday evening I have taken abit of apple & at night I got asthamatic attack,at that time I have taken salbutamol nebulisation and steriod.till now I feel somewhat suffocation

after taking cal c 200 i got relief for 2 month,but now from 10 to 15 days i am suffering from sneezing, coryza and a little cough.

yesterday i drink some cold drink and chiwda containg citrus powder and at night pavbhaji containg tomato and got asthamatic attack with severe cough.I have taken allopathic med with steroid.now I am stable but a little cough with sputum.

sir please suggest me the remedy

one more symptom is that laughing increases the cough.

Please suggest me the remedy,I am taking asthaline pump and tad cetirizine alternate night.There is running of nose with cough.I found that after eating lemon,soyabean and freezeed waterI got symptom.I avoid all the thing but when out of home I have to drink the water from cooler and in hotel all food is made up in soyabean oil.

And one one more symptom is that I got so much weakness after sex

now a day the temp. is about 10 degree C at night and 30 degree c at day

I started the cal c 2oo from yesterday morning.

I have taken some 'basundi'yesterday due to KARWASTAMI.and due to DIWALI the home is going to clean.There is so much dust in our house as we live in old building and which is on road.and the children are enjoing the crackers [fatake].

All these thing irritates me and caused the sneezing,cough and asthma.

Yesterday I have taken salbutamol pump at 3 o'clock, at 9 o'clock and at night 2 o'clock .at night the attack was so severe that i have to take tab- prednisone with cetirizine.Now i am feeling somewhat fit,little cough and breathlessness.But feeling so tired.I have not done exercise from last 4 days due to tiredness

Sir shall I wait for the effect of calc c or to take other med?

Last evening after dinner I eat a piece of watermilon which was kept in freeze,suddenly cough started with breathlessnessthat I have taken sal pump but for running nose after I take cetirizine

Sir I a not understending that what tshould I eat and what not.

Now this morning there is cough with sputum and severe running nose.Sir it is very shamefull to me that when i examine the patient as soon as I lean foreward water drible from nose and due to cough there is pain at hernia site
