Yesterday helios email me saying that order cannot be placed they have to do something but simply my order is pending, reason don't know?
Today i saw my front upper teeth broken a little piece and i can constantly feeling it with tongue its very bad to have front teeth decaying and having caries as jaws upper teeth already also having caries and decaying, Now these front teeth breaking piece by piece a very very little piece of teeth tip. I am very very much worried as it will make me UGLY. The front broken teeth tip. Its seems their enamel has gone. My whole jaw pains since a year but i haven't taken any antibiotic for that.
Please tell me some other famous pharma like helios(as they are cheap they costs very little for shipping).

What do they mean the order can't be placed? They would need to give a reason for that.

Helios replied that their website has some issues in past week and there is also some issues at mine side i.e after lot of discussion it seems i input card last 3 digit number incorrectly (it was my sister's card who is in London so i wrote it wrong when she told me). Anyway....

Hi David,
I am getting mini Gouty attacks very painful on both feet soles, TOES BALLS and both TOES + on both wrists and fingers since two days. I am trying to bear as much as i can but it seems increasing gradually with the time. What should i do? The pain is like beaten with whip/quirt that's the word which i am telling in all my previous replies and writing beaten with hunter by beaten with hunter i meant beaten with whip/Quirt. as when somebody got hit with whip/Quirt it causes pain+burning+heat+Stifness.
The pain in left side of neck left should muscle is also back and sever it pain from whole left side of FRONT and back of chest left shoulder left neck to whole left side of head and cause left side of face little numb. Penis left side of penis pain is still there and i am bearing it.

Please read above reply i posted five days ago and the issue is today while sleeping got severest pain on left side of chest it 1-2inhces towards left from chest of chest. The is like stitching, tearing and deep pain like there is bullet or pulled muscle or nerve pain, which get worse with movement i.e when i push and press my left side of chest inwards. (May be it due to some kind of muscle pull due to bad sleep posture? or may be i got heart problem or simply cold????)
My nose is badly blocked(congested) and throat seems have little space for air (breathing may be due to tonsils as both tonsils are swelled since years).

These are not acute things but part of your ongoing chronic disease. I am hopeful the Lac-leo will address the underlying cause of these problems. Until then anything you take will palliate, or suppress, and I am not happy to do that. Considering most prescriptions actually make you worse, I do not think it is to your advanatage to be using homoeopathy in this way.
The less you palliate, the more visible your disease becomes, which actually makes the homoeopaths job easier. As Hahnemann clearly stated in the Organon, palliating just one part of the case leads to patients becoming incurable, or at the very least invisible to their practitioner.

But i cannot sleep as the chest pain starts and increases during sleep as at morning when i woke up i cannot move my upper body(chest) , it causes severest pain on left center side of chest that it feels i will die with pain. It is same like bruised/sprained muscle pain and during day it becomes less and less and again starts severely when in sleep and my body remained may be in one specific posture when i awake it is there and first starting movements makes it worse, there is very very less when i sleeps.

But isn't this the same kind of thing you have been going through for a long time now? The same kind of thing that has been treated over and over with remedies?
I don't believe it is worth doing anything but treat the underlying cause. Your desperation doesn't do anything to change my choice of remedy at this point and to start using other remedies runs many risks.
If you were the kind of person who could take remedies safely, perhaps some experimentation would be appropriate. But it is not safe for you.

hmm i completely understand what you said and are saying. Let wait for lac-leo and pray that i shouldn't die from that pain lol :) i will try to bear but if it get too much i would take any orthodox pain killer.

Then do that. Just don't use homoeopathy to do that - it creates confusion and other problems.
Many of my patients were using orthodox medication right up until they are given the simillimum - it probably prolonged their aggravation in many cases, but it did not stop cure.

I offered the suggestion about orthodox drugs because i used to use that in my practice also but only sometimes. Its been very very long 5-7 years or more since i took any orthodox (drugs) for my ailments i will try my best to maintain that record. This pain is horrible when it start during waking up from sleep it restricts me from moving but with the time it get better and better till whole day and then starts again in between 4-5am and i am quite sure it isn't related to gout or arthritis. I now have only one worrying thing that is when i take lac-leo i again have to bear some kind of aggravation and i don't know how much and how many days it will last but the dosing method you mentioned for me seems very very secure and less aggravating.
Anyway i hope it will arrive within this week.

My left front and back and sided chest pain not getting away and getting gradually worse n worse but with very slowly speed, so i have to visit a doctor (orthodox) as my family insisted me to do so. He said that it might be cold i.e; may be that has caused muscle spasms in left side chest,shoulder, neck and throat so he prescribed muscle pain reliever and relaxent i.e Tizanidine 2mg + Flurbiprofen an NSAID(non steriodal anti inflammator drug)twice daily for some days but i haven't yet take it and waiting for lac-leo to arrive its been almost two weeks since helios send me. Should i go with his prescription? In Pakistan we don't have official chritmas holidays just one holiday only so post office isn't closed and there are chances that it may arrive in some days? What you suggest?
I must also inform you that this chest pain senstions are not same as other pain sensations i have.
Do you think there are chances that its gout or arthritis that has moved towards chest and neck and throat?

I am not able to physcially diagnose you over the internet. Only someone face-to-face could do that for you.
It is up to you what you do at this point to survive the pain. Obviously if you use any kind of pain relief, coming off it will be difficult and create a stronger aggravation or withdrawal. You must weigh up the benefits versus the disadvantages.

Yeah i know cutting off drgus will be difficult and i know it better because i already hardly came off from pain killers (Drugs)which i took in start of my arthritis with sulphur. And that's why i am hesitating too much to take any drugs for my ailments and trying home remedies (tips). If you see me face to face you will be amazed how am i bearing my ailments gouty arthritis,keloids,hemorrhoids,eye floaters,stuffed blocked nose,tonsillitis etc etc and now this left sided chest pain.
As i told you before i understand your point about acute but what if it is cold attack and there may be chances if we don't treat this so called 'acute' situation, it may progress to pneumonia?
And the unfortunate and bad thing is i right now visited GENERAL POST OFFICE HEADQUARTERS they told me that it will at least take two more weeks to arrive as totally it take ONE MONTH to arrive.
Its been whole two months since i took any remedies even homeopathic. Clearly this condition was not cured by Kali-carb it was obviously palliated or perhaps even suppressed. Suppression usually makes the symptoms more powerful, that could have happened here. Which makes it even more important not to continue doing that.

Its been almost a month since helios send me the remedies but it didn't arrived till today anyway i contacted helios they told me they are resending again. Now i have to wait for another month. Its been already more than two months since i took any kind of remedies for my issues. And waiting again for a month is really frustrating, depressing and tiring. What you say now?
I already paid the money but what can i say its my luck it didn't arrived.
I should tell you one surprising and amazing thing that is without any remedies, i feeling extremely fresh, lively and energetic but now a days my sexual power is completely gone i cannot erect even a little during sex with my wife not even for weeks though i want to have sex and have great desire but i didn't get erection or incomplete erection mostly and more often loss erection during sex. Joints pains sometimes got bad but sometimes are better without any remedies. ALL OTHER PROBLEMS ARE STILL PRESENT. What you think why am i lively,refreshed and energetic. I think its due to environmental change i.e its winter i like winter a lot and hate hot season very much but i feel refreshed when its rainy and thunder storm in summer, I am sure and feel this refreshment is the same i feel in rainy, stormy weather but as its winter due to winter cold weather i feel refreshed. I love storms, rainy cold weather/seasons a lot. So it may be the weather impact on me.
One last thing you know once i told you that during practicing i accidentally touch remedies (liquid form), it happens a lot, a lot you can't imagine you can say 10-20 times a day with different remedies daily and i mean it and same happens with their odor (olfaction dose) due to problem of local remedies dropper their dropper is loose and bad every time it must leak and get on my fingers/hands. What i want to tell you that due to my doubtful behavior every mostly my physicians think i am sensitive to remedies and advice me too much diluted doses but i now thinks that its may be the main reason i usually can't get results. Since first two three years of start of homeopathy i used to take direct drops of remedies into my mouth no watery dose or dry dose, i mean liquid remedy direct into mouth. It may be the reason that even well selected remedies won't act properly as may be dosage problem. So record that issue also.
What you think about remedies touch my fingers etc? (i usually washed them immediately).

I told you I thought you had been taking too many remedies. And it seems your own vital energy is recovering a little now that you are out of their influence.
In order to effect that recovery, it may be taking your sexual energy to do it. Since this is not true healing, but more a redistributing of energy, there will be a price to pay for such rebalancing.
It may be that eventually your vital force will settle into its natural state, which may make prescribing for you easier. Its priority will be surival for you, and while it is not being battered around by different remedies, forcing it to adopt strategies that are no good for it, you may actually do better. Achieve a more natural equilibrium.

Just to inform you that...
Lac-leo 200 and 1m arrived two days and i already taken the dose of 200c.
Its been a week since one thing is bothering me that i want to tell you that is whenever i lose my position(respect) in any person's eye as you know that i think i am perfect in everything for example if i am doing some work like reading book in a gathering of people and after reading book if someone from the gathering says he did read fast though it isn't the thing that i should worry but i become worried why did he said that, i will try whatever it take to clear the thing that i am perfect in reading that worrying went off my mind until he accepts me as perfect reader or HE SHOULD DIE not accepting me or left my gathering as i fear he will tell people that i am not perfect and what people think about me so i have to be PERFECT, that thing gives me lot of anxiety.

Some updates..
There are some bad changes mentally and physically but i am not sure and doubt its due to remedy because my condition was already progressing i mean the pains were getting worse before taking dose and since yesterday they are much more worse, got tonsillitis+cold two days ago after the dose and after this feeling extremely sad,depressed, tense, anxiety etc and today even i got severe anxiety attack and started crying(weeping) on my condition this happened before when firstly i got arthritis as now arthritis again started to bother lot and this condition happened again may be due to my awful condition.
David this always happens whenever i take remedy i always doubt its remedy action or natural disease progression. So may be my physician and you also cannot judge what's going on due to my these kinda statements.
What you think about this mental state been bad and physical also(tonsillitis,nose blockage,sinusitis type condition, cold after lac-leon). After this anxiety attack(weeping) i became better and relaxed a bit but not completely like i was before when i wasn't taking any remedies. My question should this be considered as remedy action?
There are some bad changes mentally and physically but i am not sure and doubt its due to remedy because my condition was already progressing i mean the pains were getting worse before taking dose and since yesterday they are much more worse, got tonsillitis+cold two days ago after the dose and after this feeling extremely sad,depressed, tense, anxiety etc and today even i got severe anxiety attack and started crying(weeping) on my condition this happened before when firstly i got arthritis as now arthritis again started to bother lot and this condition happened again may be due to my awful condition.
David this always happens whenever i take remedy i always doubt its remedy action or natural disease progression. So may be my physician and you also cannot judge what's going on due to my these kinda statements.
