Headache

I am suffering from this problem since some years. As and when I have a head bath, I will get head ache for sure and the severity will be high. It is not that I am not getting head ache other times. But, it is to mention that after head bath it is for sure. After journeys also I will get head ache. Some times, I feel that this is Migraine Headache. Is it correct or is it some thing else. Please suggest me medicine. I also have Constipation problem and acidity(burning sensation from upper stomach to throat).

1. Ferrum Met-30 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Nux Vomica-30 6 pills 2 times a day

Keep 30-40 minute gap between above two.
Please give feedback after 15 days
