Sweaty hands/feet
Hello,I have been experiencing sweaty hands and feet for the past 10 years. I am currently 22 years old. I have no illnesses or allergies. My hands and feet sweat even when the weather isn't hot and even when I'm not nervous. Sometimes my hands and feet get really cold due to the sweat. I am currently taking Nat Mur 30c since yesterday and noticed some difference. Please help

It can can not be cured in a week or fortnight. It is a long treatment, may be 3-4 months

I have taken Silica 30 for another 15 days and haven't experienced improvement from the first 15 days that I took the medicine, In general there is minor improvement but the problem is still there please advise what to do next

1. Calc Carb-200 2 times a day
2. White chest Nut 4 drops 2 times a day in 2 teaspoonful water
Keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl give feedback after 15 days
