Dear sir
I am feeling better say about 30 to 40 % both in mental and Left side pain.
( I think I am feeling better, bcoz the mood variation and variation in Pain is there )
There is no change in Other problems like Insomnia, Urine Problem, Hyper Acidity, etc....

Imp: I am feeling some kind of pressure in the mind I feel some times my mind will burst like a balloon with happiness, the pressure is like the blocked pipe or filter with negative things and the positive effect of the medicine is pushing very hard to come out through the negative blockage

Pls let me know what next?
Please do some thing for Hyper Acidity I am suffering a lot

Dear sir

After 1 hour of eating breakfast, the burning starts through out food pipe and esophagus (throat), after each intake of water or food it goes on increasing until I take 'Rantac' tablet,and some times the food I swallow will stuck in the food pipe at the diaphragm ( endoscopy report is normal )
I think this acidity is one of the causes of the pain i left chest and arm

yesterday I had some arguments with my costumer, since then all my mental and physical problems reoccurred.

I keep on thinking and talking to me regarding the incident 24 hours like a damaged LP record.Even while sleeping also I dream about the same matter whole night

kindly prescribe me medicine to stop repeated talking to me or thinking about the same matter

Dear sir,
mentally I am feeling calm, I need some more calmness and happiness
there is no difference in acidity and left side pain, this pain is ruining my life.
I am taking Numlo AT for High BP & Stator for high Cholesterol, I am getting the pain from the day I started these medicine ( nearly 7 years )
Can u prescribe any medicine for high Cholesterol? I have been asking for alternative medicine for high Cholesterol since last 5 years to all the Homeopathy doctors & Ayurvedic doctors, no one is prescribing, they just keep on postponing saying ' let us see after treating these mental & pains '

I am sorry for asking 'which medicine is for which problem', the only reason is you do not have to take the trouble of asking ' how is the pain now? What are the mind symptoms ' I can explain you clearly if I come to know for what problem I am taking that medicine.

now I want to know whether I can ask about other problems ( I have mentioned over 15 problems I have )all can be cured by one medicine or first we have to clear mental problem and pain in chest and arm, as you said ' your case is a complex one ' in the beginning it is true.

other then mental problem and pain in chest and arm, the other problem which is bothering me a lot is ' Urine Problem ', in this summer ( temp here is around 36'C ) every night I wake up 3 to 4 times for urination & day time I pass nearly 8 to 10 times, If I reduce intake of water I suffer from dehydration & I will be having urges to pass urine ( pressure at prostate )but with grate difficulty I can pass little with severe pain in bladder

Today after waking my mental status has gone back, I am feeling very depressed, Anxiety, Fear ( no bad incidents )and I feel the pain in chest and arm is hiding, if I touch my chest or arm it pains a lot

about all other problems at the moment ( Priority wise )

3)Hyper Acidity
4)Urine Problem
5)Constipation
6)Insomnia
7)Weakness of memory

Dear Sir,

Today I woke up with a happy mood & no pain, after 100s of days I was having no pain, even after having breakfast no pain, I was happy & no acidity too.....
thanks a lot

But after having lunch, the pain rushed back as if waiting to strike, It was unbearable, so I took antacid tablet after 3-4 hrs pain came to the previous 60% better state

Mind - I was little bit upset during the pain attack after lunch, but over all I am clam

Urine Problem - not sure, can not notice the difference in day time & short period

I took a nap in the afternoon ( usually I do not )

But I feel better, only 20% pain is there but since yesterday after working with left arm it starts trembling, I feel weakness in that arm

My mental and Physical conditions are much better

1) Mind: cured 70% :-
No Morning Depression
I will be calm most of the time
Not much Phobias - after long time I went into the Elevator ( hesitation was there )

Imp: frequent indescribable fear continues, no self confidence, need to be happy

2)Pain in left chest & arm 80 % improved:-
No morning pains after taking water and breakfast, as day goes I feel slight pain

3)Hyper Acidity cured 70% :-

4)Urine Problem cured 80% :- I wake up only once at night for urinals, some times twice

5)Constipation cured 70% :-

6)Insomnia cured 80% :- I am getting good sleep

7)Weakness of memory, concentration :- No change, I can not concentrate and understand things easily, I think I have lost thinking and understanding capacity

8)High cholesterol :- no change

9)Fistula :- no change

over all cured about 75 % , I think need some more mental improvements, I want to feel what happiness is.
