Remedy for piles/fissure

Hi I am suffering from pain inside the rectum (just before anal ending) and there is a small protuberance at the end of anus. the pain is high when the stool is hard.there is no bleeding only pain. Can you suggest me which homeopathic remedy i should use to get rid of this disease.
