Skin issue

Hi,
I am 38, 5.5', 160lbs and have skin problem in my palms that has made my skin very hard. Also there are cuts on my fingers as well due to extreme dryness. It gets itchy and cuts appear due to heat or after water use. My feet skin is hard. There is a corn under right pinky toe. My hair is very dry.
Nothing is working anymore. Also dry skin is on my left toe as well as around anus.
I have facial hair around chin. In last 1 year I started having acne. I treated that with Salicylic acid wash and it went of.
Also when docs examine they think I have thyroid problem but my blood tests dont agree with that. So they never treated me for that.
When i talk for 5 mins im out of breath as if i am walking fast for last 6 years.
Last year my cycle started delaying due to extreme stress but saunf(fennel seed) & raisin water helped me with that.
Now after some research I started SULPHUR remedy 6 globules of 30c everyday 1s. 1st 3 days my skin started getting better amazingly everywhere. I could feel my palm skin(became soft) but third day thr was strong smell in my urine and since last night i am having hard time to urine. I have the urge but it is not coming out. I dint take it today. My hand skin is not soft anymore.
I am having strong tinglings every now and then. When it happens it happens at 2 places e.g. knee and arm both right or may be left shoulder and left thigh.
Also since I start this I am feeling tired, back is hurting a lot along with legs. Three years ago my vit d was 28 so i took a course of it. Last night i took vit d 800 again. I feel lathargic and low energy.
Please help me with this.

Please tell me what is going on with me. Cause i am having difficulty urinating. Also what mistake did i make?

You may be sensitive to Sulphur. You should not have taken more than 3 doses (or for more than 3 days) of Sulphur 30.
