Dr.NAVAZ aswk, Foot oedema

Oedema on left foot-He had slight fever 8-10 days back 100-101F(only one day) followed by much weakness(medium degree of Ars.alb kind) and after 4 days of this fever, oedema on RIGHT foot started with redish shade his bp is 140/90 with meds.His feet are always cold like a dead man.The strange thing is this oedema is not there in the morning after whole nights sleep but it comes within 2hrs of his waking up.He also has swelling(oedematus)below lower lid of left eye both these swellings came at a time.
-he has a general thrombic tendency since age of 55 yrs for this his left leg's thumb was to be amputed 5 yrs back

Nawaz sahab,
By the time we get the snaps,i would give some update his swelling is reduced by 25% for last 2 days also redishness now he gets redishness when he wears sleepers,he gets red straps (MARKS OF Sleepers).
I noticed his memory has weakened in last 4 months.abt 22yrs back he got mild paralysis attack with a clot in his one of the carotid artery IN the nape just below skull( I dont remember left or right) They say he has PAD(peripheral artery disease) a pathological condition responcible transient ischimic attacks(mild paralytic) His leg arteries are 95 % blocked they say.(Read they as specialist of the subject)

Dear Nawz sahab aswk,
I follwed up with my mamu,they are alone at home MAMU and Mamijan)he is trying for snap but this i dont know will take how long.Mean while he told me that they told him that he has General athero sclerosis and slowly gradually his lower extremities will go on getting gangrinus and will have to be amputed one can imagine the fear he may be having in his mind.Mean while today while talking to him on mobile he told me that the redishness is not there and swelling has also further reduced but he tells that he keeps his legs horizontal therefore it may be reduced,actually he is taking bell200 a dose a day sine 8th oct. Can you suggest further remedy on this? He will upload snaps as per convenience.

yesterday i asked him to stop it.what remedy is coming to your mind as per his symptoms described

it is already written in the questionnair, read BELL 200 instead of BELL 30
(typing mistake).

I talked to him just now he is telling his swelling has reduced considerably.however we i don't suspend this case,I have asked him to keep the snapping arrangement ready
and asa any such emergency arise he should take a snap.

Dear Nawazkhan sahab,ASWK,
I had left this case in want of
snap,Uncle was also comfortable
so far and didn't say any thing but today he has sent me the snaps of his foot,I am uploading them for your study and recommendation of remedy.as per docs this is a case of Peripheral neuropathy,I request to see this an recommend a suitable rmedy.Today only he has started taking Ginkgo biloba 1x.
