Hello Dr.Kadwa,

hope you are doing well. just an update in the effects of 'Arsenicum Album 200' single dose after 15 days.

- I feel pressure in my neck when I speak. my voice gets heavy as soon going to weep. this all activity is happening in the neck area. I feel slight pain in the front of neck as well when I speak. The intensity is reduced comparing to past.

- I still get tired quick however the intensity has been reduced.

just an update on the effects of 'Cannabis Sativa 200' after 15 days.

- I feel better and improved compare to past however still feel slight pressure/pain in the area of 'soft Palate' . this is slight pressure which I feel some time while I am not speaking.
- Some time when I start speaking or during the coversation 'I loose the concentration and my mind goes to some bad experience from the past that makes me feel not good and I lost the plot some time and my voice gets a bit heavy or sound like I am going to weep'. The good thing is that I can come back quickly comparing to past however this still bothers me alot. I want to get rid of it completely.
- I feel little shy/reserved/lack of confidence some times especially while explaining something to some one. the same thing happens that my mind goes to a point that makes me feel the above in turn.

Hope you are OK and would be doing great. Just an update on the effects of 'Stramonium 200'.

I was feeling absolutely fantastic until 2 days ago where I had a couple of setbacks i.e disappointments of some sort that made me go back few steps I believe. What exactly I mean is that now I feel like a lump in my throat as I am upset due to the incidences or events took place in my life.
I always compare myself the way I am now and the way I use to be in the past when I was abroad and was doing well and in the end I always find myself weaker in entire departments.
I have noticed that I get hyper/angry very quick. I have this habit from the beginning however I want to get rid of it because once I am angry I can't think straight and do things that I always regret later.

So kindly suggest something Dr. for my throat and also for my temper.

hope you are doing well. just a quick update on the effects of 'Hyoscyamus 200'.

I am feeling great Overall and enjoying my life however a slight issue is still there that is 'I feel that the nerves/muscles in my throat are tensed or it feel tired/being put pressure upon all the time.I can feel the pressure on the nerves/muscles in the frontal area of my neck underneath the chin up through the long cavity until the end where the chest part starts.
Some time it slightly hurts as well.
Also to let you know , this may be the contributing factor towards the 'throat issue'...that I had started using 'Minoxidil 5% that is 'Finesteride' spray' for my hair loss and thining issue about a month ago. I
I also feel that I have lost my desire since I have started using Finiesteride.
I believe this is the only concern needs fixing.

I have already stopped it more than a week ago. I have skin rashes,itchy skin as well as pain in different joints of my body and that I believe is due to the side effects of 'Finesteride'...

Updates after 15 days of taking Lachesis 200.
-Throat Issue- The sensation of pain and emptiness and the need to swallow constantly has been reduced however is still there. I feel that nerves/muscles on the side of necks been pressured or stretched and also feels like it needs relaxing. Sometime it slight hurts when I swallow liquid or solid food.
- I feel slight pressure on the back of my head and on the back of the ears since after taking Lachesis 200. It feels like a strain/stress on m head i.e back side of the head or skull.
- My sexual desire is still at Nil level.I don't feel alive in that department.

I would greatly appreciate your help and support in this regard.

In addition to the last update:

I am feeling well apart from couple of things.

- I am having back pain and that is from the back of the neck to the lower back. especially when I get up in the morning the pain is at its peak which reduces after taking cold shower however remains there throughout the day.

- The second Issue is I am feeling pressure on the nerves/muscles/tendons at the front and both sides of my neck. that from underneath the chin up to the esophagus even until the bottom part where the neck ends.

- My sexual ability is still at zero.I don't feel any desire for it.

Just an update after a week wait as you advised.

Over all I am feeling great.

-The Issue of throat is still there in some form. I feel the entire pressure on my neck and that is the front of my neck while I do exercise or any other physical activity. The pressure is to the extent that it hurts.
-My throat gets dry too often and I swallow on constant basis however I must submit that the frequency and intensity of it has been reduced upto a considerable level comparing to past but it is still there.

- My sex drive is still at zero.

Just an update after 15 days on the situation after taking single dose of 'Cannabis Sativa 200'..

- The Issue of constant swallowing is still there. I swallow on constant basis and feel like a lump in my throat and I feel better after swallowing. when I start to talk I feel pressure like I have been put under some kind of stress or something. it is hard to talk for me I feel like I have to push harder in order to get my voice out of my throat to talk.

- I feel or get offended by if someone lie in front of me,Use abusive language, shouts etc and I get angry.

- Slight heart palpitation have been noticed as well since after taking Cannabis Sativa 200.

- My back pain is gone worst. I feel the pain from the back of the neck up to lower back. sometime I also feel weakness in my lower limbs. I have tried sleeping without pillow,lower pillow, higher pillow,massages however nothing worked.


- I think and compare myself when in a situation similar to one in the past and then grade myself as per my performance in the situation however I must admit that the intensity of doing so has been decreased from the past.

- I get tired relatively quick and I feel like I am an old person. I also feel that I don't have much energy left in my body. I also feel exhausted mentally,don't like doing any mental work or activity whereas it was not like this before.


Kindly advise further.

Writing to you again since there has been no response from your end on the previous post.

In addition to the previous post updating you further on the observations and improvements so far.

- The constant swallowing Issue is still there. this happens especially when I am talking and the frequency gets even more quicker when there is excitement of some sort. I also feel slight pain in my throat as well at the front. I believe the wind pipe is the effected part of my frontal neck.

I have been thinking about this issue a lot, I think that I am still in the constant state of fear mentally and I think that's why I swallow all the time especially when I am talking to someone.Another thing is when I am talking and swallowing so I tend to hide it from the people that I am talking to so that no once can notice me doing so because I feel people will realize that I am scared or frightened. The same way If some one swallows while talking I start to think that this person is like me he/she is nervous or over conscious like I am so I avoid looking straight at them as a result.

- I still have the back pain and that is from the back of the neck until the lower back. the pain is at its peak in the morning when I get out of my bed. after doing some stretching exercises and shower it gets bit better however remains there for the entire day.

- I have also observed that I feel slight pain in my knee joints from the last 3 to 4 days as well.

- I believe I have noticed some improvements on the sexual issue however its still not up to the mark.

Hello Dr.Kadwa,

Hope you are ok and doing great.

Update on the effects after taking Natrum Sulph 200 single dose as suggested.

After I took the remedy I couldn't feel any improvement whatsoever for about 1.5 week and then I decided to take Hyoscyamus 200 on the 13/12/2013. The reason why I decided on this remedy is because I was going back to mental state that I was in in the past 'where I would read too much into people's reactions and their expressions,behavior, procrastination , timidity , shyness.
In addition to all the above my back pain was getting worse and was going beyond my toleration level so I decided for the later mentioned remedy.

The effects has been quite good. my back pain which was basically nerves at the lower back, top of the shoulders (collar muscles), and all the way to the end of the back involved in it. I was unable to sleep due to that , was not able to stand straight.
Now the back pain is reduced up-to about 90%.

The Issues that I have at this point in time are:

- The swallowing Issue is still there. I look at every person's mouth when they are speaking to see how they swallow while they speak, if they are effected with the same issue as I am?

- I feel slight pain in the front of neck where the tonsil muscles/nerves are.

- When I talk I can feel my voice gets heavy like I'm about to cry sometime however the level has been reduced comparing past.

- I feel shy, Can't look straight at people when talking to them. When I see someone acting confident, funny, humorous etc I think how they can do it? because I feel like if I have been given the task I would not be able to do it perfectly so lacking confident there as well I believe.

Apart from these I am feeling perfectly alright. The sex drive Issue has been resolved as well.
