Still i can,t face people and can,t feel good in front of people. and secondly extreme lack of strength from inside. Still i am vibrating from heart. sometimes i thinks that my problem is related to neuron(as the fallness of eyebrow portion and tiredness,shortness of breath,and as i see my body that bones are visible and muscles are too much suppressed aside by bone).

1) Where do the jerks start from? I mean which part of the body?
2) Which parts are affected?
3) Is there a cause, always? From fear? From anticipation?
4) Do the jerks start without any cause as well?
6) Can you mail me your recently taken photo? If you have one, otherwise leave it.
7) What is the current status of your digestion, and motions?
8) Are you getting undigested food in motions (potty) ?
9) Do you like 1)sweets, 2)salty, 3)spicy food, and how much?

1.All the jerks are with heartbeat.In usual hands always jerk even when i am not having any serious anxious thing in my mind.But apart from limbs there is also a sense of heart in stomach and sometimes i got wake up due to serious jerks in stomach.I grab glass of water my fingers are also jerking at that time also. When my hands are lifted in downward direction then it feels bad because they are jerking badly with hearbeat and i got depressed thinking that why????????
2.Nearly all human body parts are affected. Mostly hands legs,stomach, and sometimes head region also(it happens mostly when i woke up and exhausted).
3.I personally think that when alone i remains in deep thoughts so it may be that jerks at that time due to thoughts and as far as fear is concern yes it also become severe with fear and even when i feel inferior and depressed.
4.The jerks remain all the time they do not hide even when i am alone but get severe when i have to present myself in front of someone, even talk to someone, when i am watching a match of my team, when a group of people are looking towards me.
7.I am experiencing hard tool at first and then after that some soft type of tool started and it takes me atleast 15-25 mins to empty it comes very slowly slowly and even the soft looking tool can't pass with ease.It is the state of motion from a very long time.
8.I am not really much sure about undigested food but i feel mysterious with my state of motion. Even my family members sometimes make fun and sometime becomes angry as i spend 15-25 mins. in washroom.
9.I like sweets. When i was around 10-15 years old i take alot of sugar in tea, in yogurt etc. But after that i see people around suffering with diabetes then i control it(but in my family there is no one having diabetes nor in my near relatives).But i still want to eat sweet things. But when i am taking sweet things there is a sort of anxious feeling develop that i have to control and this anxious thing stop me to take sweet things more.
Apart from the above i have told you that i go for urine test couple of times before and it always comes ok but when i personally observe my urine i see some flying sparkling type of drops i don't know whats that but it also make me mysterious too maybe it is normal.
and also i shall upload my photograph in sometime!!!!!

Argentum Nitricum 10M
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water. Stir a few times. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon
1 tablespoon = 2 teaspoons (approx)
High potency. Do not repeat. Just once as above.
No coffee/ raw onion/ garlic.
Please update me after 1 week.

1 thing Mr.Zady i want to told you that i have asthma and sinusitus problem also for that i am using inhaler and nasal drops. And my throat have come with some problem as soon as it goes. Even i avoid cold water.

Throat problem is always i see from my childhood. Even i avoid cold drinks and cold water and always remain cautious. The intensity of throat problem was that i try everything(doctor give all the medicines but gets no cure at that time) and it takes its own time to finish the problem. 2 years ago i consult a specialist doctor he said to me that you have asthma and it gets trigger by sinusitus secretion from forehead and from even little amount of dust in the air. Then i use inhaler and a medicine that i had to take it from inhalation and for sinusitus he suggest me nasal spray to use regularly. After using those three things my asthma got cure but the problem with sinusitus remain the same as my one nose always remain blocked.All the year i experience cough in my throat and i excrete it regularly.
When this tenure of asthma begins i feel lack of breath in random,talking and reading. And when a normal throat infection begins: an extreme pain in throat continues with a tickling type of itches come after 5 5 mins that results me to urge for cough(khaansi).
As afar as the skin is concern my skin is very loose and like old with dryness all the year. My friend dont be dishartend with your problems and dont find fault in yourself and i guarantee that not a single person can claim that he does not have an anxiety. If he claims then he dont know about himself. Please dont start taking phychiatrist medicines becoz they dont cure illness rather they only supreess the sympoms of disease. If you feel too much fear in public so please try some meditations or hypnotherapy it will boost your confidence and delete your wrong thoughts. Please try (with permission of current doctor) an proper hakim in your locality as what i understand is that your problems are connected with your stomach. Enough energy is not created in your body which lead to other your mind problem and schipheria is nothing. But a stories to sell harmful tranqlizers in market. If u dont belive me ask the patient who are waiting outside phychiatrist that how long they are taking phychiatrist medicine

Mr.Zady sorry for late reply. Actually i have told you about my throat infection it become worsed week ago so i have to take antibiotic for cure, that's why i have not taken 'ARgentum 10M' yet. But i am gonna take it today!!!! and shall update you in a week.

But its been too much time that's why i always remain disheartened and nothing is giving me betterment. I always feel lack of energy and i personally think that it creates problem. Rest is i am hoping good for the future. I shall be very happy when i get out of all these troubles!!!!!

Mr.Zady i have also doubt on my thyroid so i had go for test 1 year ago and it comes ok. but some doctors say that if some person has some infection rapidly after some interval then thyroid test can't give you exact figure. So how can i figure out thati t may be a problem or not.
Second thing is that please if nothing is happening better please give me remedy that corrects my bowel movement(means digestion) and urine problem(i.e. urine drops discharge after i standoff after completing urine and seminal fluid discharge when i have some thinking about some thing related to sexual desire)

Mr.Zady actually i am caught in fever from last saturday doctors are saying that it may be dengue fever. But now the fever has gone but itching on hole body is happening!!!!!!!!
