Mr.Zady its 5 days completed after taking Gelsemium 200. I am not sure that if something gets good or not. Because still tiredness at face is irritating me(especially in Air conditioner and when i m travelling on bike and get fast air). Heaviness in head region(eyebrows portion) is still irritating me!!!

Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon

1) The heaviness in the face doctors have said to me is that it is due to sinus problem i don't know they are right or wrong but the same type of thing also occur to my mother also and doctors also relate her problem with sinus.
2) Second thing is that relating to my mind(shy, reserved, unconfident) these things i personally and also people relate it with my father(he is also reserved, negative thinking,avoid gathering and people) but not of my extend but somehow i am upto him on these things.Maybe i am due to this.
My father has some cholestrol problem but he controls with his diet. But now he has some problems related to urine and some days ago he go for blood test he has low hemoglobin but he is now improving by taking good diet and some medicines. Overall the things related to my mind are somehow related to my father but he is not of my extend i am at worse but he has done good in his life!!
The main problem of my family is sinus(all are somehow affected) but my main problem is confidence and health!!!!

Mr. Zady many things i didn't know yet!!!
1st i don't know why i got tired and nervous shortly after starting some work.
Also when i go outside in daytime i can't even open my eyes properly. And after coming inside a tirednessful forehead urge me to sleep.
A feeling of sleep always remain with me.
After a short distance walk i got tired!!!!!!
Plz. help me i am seeking for cure and sticking to your advice!!!!!
