Acne 19 Year old Male

Hi guys, Im just trying to get some insight on what remedy is best for me. Im 19 years old and during high school I had moderate acne and eventually severe, (probably beceause of bacteria resitance) and I had been on many acne antibiotics (including Accutane which wasn't bad for me considering how bad my acne got). However, now I am in college and my acne is not as bad as it once was. I take dietery supplements which helps my acne. However these are not enough. I have tried a couple of the combination acne remedies and "Acne D tissue" was alright, but "Acne Relief" didnt work. Because I now know single remedies are best, I am trying silica because a lady at the health shop recommended it to me. I seem to fit many characterists of being a "Silica Person", but I am not sure if this is going to work. (i've only been using it 3 days) I did read that "Sulphur" is beneficial and I do have some red inflamation on my face where I still have some acne (My Skin itches in these places). Basically I have blotchy red marks on cheeks that hasn't seemed to heal and it seems like there is still inflamation and acne once in a while, and also between my eyes (Temples) I have some scarring and inflamation, (a little acne) and inflamation right on bottom forehead it. My acne has seemed to move places. I have some acne that stays in place and doesnt want to move right above my lower jaw, below the cheeks) I also have acne around my mouth by lower jaw. I thought maybe Sulphur was a good choice since I have itchy skin, although most acne does not form like it once did. Do you guys recommend I stay on Silica, or go on Sulphur or Hepar Sulph or anything else? Thanks
