I've had a lot of back pain all day. Going to bed now, will hopefully two better in the morning. If not, what should I take? Also, when should i start carcinosin for add symptoms?

Back pain only happens after long periods (15 min or more) of inactivity. Would *really* like to know how to proceed with treating symptoms of which I originally described in questionnaire. Carcinosin?

You mean to say you get back pain when you stay inactive?

How is your back pain when you wake up in the morning?

Ye, pain when I've been inactive. Or when I've had to carry heavy laundry or shovel snow. When I wake up in the morning, there is usually no pain. Only stiffness.

What should I do about the add-like symptoms?

Back pain has been creeping up on me for a few days. Today, I had to sit in a chair at the computer for two hours to complete some personal business and my back really hurts again. Pain and spasms mainly in muscles under right shoulder blade and the length of my spine on both sides.

Are you in a position to buy some homeo remedy over the counter or we have to make do with remedies available with you.

I can purchase something. What do you suggest?

Ok, will analyze and prescribe in 1-2 days
