fitness last decade

Wow. Wasn't trying to start a disagreement! Anyway, I did what Anuj said and backed of. The pain is a lot better. Still have some while urinating and a little bit of occasional odor. Fitness, I do worry about Renal Failure as apparently I am at risk because of the nature of my problem...on and off antibiotics. It is extremely frustrating! :( I actually have chunks of stone lodged into the muscle of my right kidney from when I had surgery, the laser shredded it and apparently they can never remove them. ::sigh:: such is life I suppose. Again, thank you all for your help through this. I started taking the Berberis Vulgaris again last night. We shall see. :)
