Dr. Zady... here is the update after 1 week----
I still feel as if floor is moving up and down or i am moving to and fro when i walk. Though the intensity is less.
I feel confused in crowded places. Intensity less thn before.
There is some coordination problem. Ex- i have to put something from one place to another, i somehow drop it an inch before the destination.
Also there is some wierd feeling in my left leg, i have an urge to move my leg again n again, a find of restless feeling, bt moving also doesnt help.

I feel much better now.
That floor moving feeling and confusion only comes back if i walk continuously for more thn 25-30 min. but with less intensity
Restless leg is fine.

Dr. Zady.. i was going through a site and symptoms mentioned these are exactly what i feel... with varying intensity...i have found words for my symptoms
Spinning in head
World is warped and very surreal. As if looking through the world through odd lenses. This feeling is always there. Particularly prominent in the dark. World feels like a dream also.
Lightheaded, faint, woozy.
Constant internal movement (feels like a pendulum) and external (can see things shifting slightly and the room often looks like it is a swing).
Shifting of objects - can be subtle or severe - for example: when turning a corner or looking down, the environment or objects can significantly move.
Feeling of being pushed forwards/backwards/side to side. If back is not against a chair when sitting, body does not know where it is in space.
Bouncing when walking Marshmallow feet. This can be quite severe.
Motion intolerance. When disembarking from a car, train, plane, you feel as if you are still moving and the ground bounces.
Can often visibly see the ground breathing moving slightly. Buzzing in the head feels like vibrations or a short circuit.
Every movement feels 'off' and not clear at all - a bit like you are moving through 'thick air'.
Movement of the floor - as well as 'bouncing' - when standing still there is also a feeling that the floor is moving - like being in a lift.

Ok i have got it LM is tablets and other one liquid...
i have found both... now should i get

You have to buy liquid.
0/1 is same thing as LM1, and 0/2 is same thing as LM2.
If it's available locally as LM1 and LM2, you can buy the same. Otherwise, order 0/1 and 0/2 from Schawbe India website.
You should not take it on your own. Once the medicine arrives, i will work with you.

Also I have got my hypothyroid TSH results today which is again at higher level- 8.4
So, i am going to my endo tomorrow for this.

You are updating after 1 month, so I am keen to know how you are feeling overall. What is the status of the problems?
Regarding going to doctor for thyroid problem, i would suggest you take second opinion from some other doctor because this doc is not able to manage your case, and also not able to set the dosage correctly.

Yes i am taking second opinion For thyroid 2moro.
About my symptoms, i still feel imbalance like i am not walking in a straight line. Motion intolerance- like when i gt on a lift i feel something in my head. And when i get out of a moving car, i still feel like i am moving.
sometime i feel i am on a boat.

Argent. Nit 0/1
Dissolve 2 drops in 8oz disposable water cup filled with water, stir a few times and take 2 teaspoons from it. Do this once
Throw rest of the water, cup n spoon

Dr. Zady, I visited endo yesterday, and he increased my dose to 75mcg thyronorm for thyroid. Earlier was taking 50mcg.
And how should i take Argent. Nit 0/1 ... Its is not liquid, its like very small granules.

Please get a small mineral water bottle 150 ml or so in size. Empty out 30% water. Dissolve 8 pills into water. Shake lightly once after the pills dissolve. Add some brandy, 5-7% will be okay. Shake lightly once more.
For first dose:
Take out 5 drops from it using a dropper into 8oz disposable cup filled with water. Stir with spoon. Take 2 teaspoons from it. Throw rest of the water.
For 2nd and successive doses:
Hold the bottle in your right hand and hit the bottom of the bottle against the palm of your opposite hand 8 times and then follow the above procedure as in first dose.
Update me 1-2 days after the first dose. Don't take second dose before asking me.
