Dr. Zady.. i am feeling bad thn before... more imbalanced and pressure in my forehead and nose as i will fall down..pain in neck... so confused... cant stand, feeling like i will fall down

Dr. Zady... my current position-
Headache when outside. Feel like i am not moving in straight line. Confused. Detached from people around. Neck stiffness. Feeling like someone is pushing my head backwards..All these symptoms are worse in late evening and night.. i.e. in dark..

Argent. Nit 30
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon.
Update after 1 wk.

And also my hand fingers are super dry cracky. I apply surfaz cream on fingers sometimes.

Wooshing wind like sound and pressure in left ear. Severe Headache left side.

plz tell me medicine for this-
From 1 week I am having sinus nasal congestion. Too much yellow thick sticky Mucus is coming from nose. I have to blow my nose at least 50 times a day. Severe headache,I feel like my head will blast, severe pressure in nose head and upper jaw (teeth). Mind confusion. Also post nasal drip.
I have been taking some homeo medicine from a dr. Here bt that is not helping me.
plz tell me medicine for this-
