Hypermobility in SI Joint Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yesterday morning when I woke up, I felt dizzy the moment I sat up in bed. Within a half an hour I threw up because I was so nauseous. I then had a bad headache for the rest of the day. Had lots of rest. Was able to eat without a problem. Today I have a slight headache but otherwise feel fine.
I did start a cleanse Thurs morning, Floressence, a gentle herbal tea I take morning and night. Is this ok for me to be on or will it contradict with the Lachesis remedy?

During homeopathic treatment, a simple rule of thumb is that you have to avoid using anything new which you have never used before in your life. All other things which are of frequent use are absolutely fine.

Ok. I have used this cleanse for years without any complication, so will continue it. I am feeling more balanced today.

It has been over a week now since my last post. I haven't thought to post because I am feeling much better.
Mood and anxiety 100% better
Hot flashes - gone
SI JOint pain and hypermobility - no change.

Good progress.

If there have been pathological changes in the joints, its unlikely that we will have improvement and that too in a short while.

Ok, thank you. I don't think there are pathological changes in the joint, at least nothing showed up on the last X-ray. This is not to say there isn't something there. The big problem is the looseness in the area. I am working to strengthen the low back multifi muscles to create more stability in the SI joints, but this tends to set off sciatica nerve pain, so progress is slow.
And so back to my original question, is there a remedy to help progress the strengthening of these muscles?

Imo, a well chosen constitutional remedy is your best bet which, as you have reported, Lach is in your case.

If you want, you can explore the use of Schussler salts as a dietary supplement.

Ok, thanks.

Hi again. I have been away for a couple weeks on holiday. Lots of relaxing but too much eating and drinking, and not enough exercise. :) and I find my hot flashes are back. :( Is it ok to take another dose of the remedy?

Yes.
