Hello...
Still feel the same after 2 days.
Felt mucus in throat again on first day ,also anxiety.
But problem wise ,no improvement
further yet.
Please advise.

Took another dose..
more mucus in throat yesterday,started feeling something moving in ear ,yet dnt know yet if any improvement ,but the medicine seems to start action .

Hi-
This potency is moving you along little by little. I think you can see how
you have to wait and then take more when improvement stops and
then take more again.
I was thinking that two doses ago maybe you needed to go up in potency
but that is not the case.
If you feel comfortable with deciding now yourself, when to take another
dose (action stops) you can go ahead and just let me know if the potency
stops being effective.
This potency is moving you along little by little. I think you can see how
you have to wait and then take more when improvement stops and
then take more again.

Thanks ..Will wait and see how the medicine works..and decide to take another dose when it stops working..will let when know when it stops being effective at all or if I get rid of the issue

Hi...
i took another dose on Sunday.but dnt see any improvement since last time we talked.
It feels like some little amount of blockage/ swelling stays.it just doesnt clear fully.
Please suggest.

Hi-
Last time it took 2 doses on two days to do more later.
So when you take a dose- if you do not notice anything the next day take another
dose and then see what happens.

Started the medicine again and took for 4 days straight..then stopped for few days (2-3 days) donot see any improvement yet.

I am confused-each week you have been taking it you have
said things were improving.
So are you saying-
1. things are just the same as when you started? I am talking about
since April when you started- not the last dosing.

Yes there was continuous improvement since the time i started in April.. until mid of May.
i recovered about 60-70% and feel much better than before.
But last few doses,(10-15 days)the progress is very minimal , medicine makes me feel relaxed ,but the remaining blockage/swelling doesn't clear.there is a constant feeling of blockage (which is much reduced than what i started from),but it hasn't cleared.

Hi- ok, take a couple more doses and this time hit the bottle 10x before
the dose and then let me know what happens a day or so later. (just checking
that you have been hitting the bottle 6x and now go up to 10x)

Hello.
I took the dose for 2 days and at this time i can feel lot of mucus in my throat since morning and even feel very slight movement of mucus in the ears.
and yes i did hit it 10 times before consuming.
Please advise if i should take the next dose.

Hello..
After Day 1 of taking dose..started expectoration of mucus which continued into 2nd day ..which made me feel better by 10%.3rd day didn't see much difference.please suggest.

Take another dose- if nothing goes on, take one more the next day.

Hello..
i had been travelling and was not able to take second dose after first dose until yesterday.
took 2 doses straight from last 2 days.
it makes me feel better every time by some % (10-20) whenever i restart it, but only until the dose effect is on.
I am confused at this stage.
i feel lighter ,but not clear.
i feel like the last bit of blockage or swelling doesn't clear off ,it stays there,or may be there is very minimal change not enough for me to feel any difference.

Please correct me if I have this wrong so we can proceed.
1. My understanding is that 80 to 90 percent of this is cleared and STAYs
cleared. That we are working on the last part of this.
2. You always aggravate after a couple of doses and we have been upping the
amount of bottle hits when the previous hits wear out. The aggravation is a good
thing and means you have had enough and then it clears more.
3. If all the above is correct, then hit the bottle 20 times now and take one
dose.; See if it starts the aggravation and then does more clearing.

I will try hitting 20 times and see if it helps further.

also do you suggest i should use the ocean nasal spray? i bought it but haven't started using it.
