Hi Simone,
Its almost 2 weeks since we last talked.
This is how the 2 weeks went :
First week was okay ,there was no further improvement or any deterioration.
Second week i was troubled by mucus again ,ears were heavy and caused itching and irritation. It was like same to point zero.
What i have observed over the course of our medicine it removes mucus ,but it rebuilds again,in this case when i was off medicine. And the swelling i feel is like a pouch where it collects every time.
Also i did not get my regular periods this month ,just some brown discharge. I am on oral contraceptives as well and i was advised that this can happen once in a while.
Please advise for next steps.
I am not sure if i should wait for this month's menstrual cycle and then get back on medicine.
but i also worried that medicine's continuity will break.

Hi- Ok, I want to switch over to some
cell salts now.
Please get, Kali Mur 6x, silicea 6x and
Nat mur 6x. These will be in Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe or online Vitacost.
Start taking 3 tablets of each- (9 total)
at the same time, 3 times a day. Report
in after 4 days of this.

I was able to get all 3.
Is there any thing like: Do i need to take them before/after food or wait this much time after taking them?

I would take them at least 15 minutes
before you eat or drink or after- let them
dissolve on the tongue.

Hi Simone,
Today is the 5th day of taking new tablets.
It again started removal of mucus again,feel it in throat every morning.
Feel relieved from irritation caused by mucus ,but no improvement yet to main issue.

Hi-
Please purchase Silicea 30c.
Get a dropper bottle. Put 3 pills in there with one part alcohol and the rest
spring water. Hit the bottle 5 times. Then put 2 drops into a couple tablespoons of
water, stir up, and sip up slowly.
Take 3 doses. If after the first or second dose you start to feel better or
feel worse, stop there and report. Take a dose in the morning, at evening
and then on the next morning. Report after 4 days. Stop the cell salts for now.

I got the new medicine.
Taking one dose now, so i do same as last time ,refrigerate this bottle and take another dose out of the same?

If you made this up with alcohol, you do not have to refrigerate.
You keep using this bottle with the same hits-each time
till I tell you something different.

Hi Simone,
completed 4 days of medicine as per instructions.
Its almost working as same as previous ones.
I started feeling some activity in the ear around 2nd day and mucus started coming out in throat.
Today i am not feeling any mucus or anything going in there..just feels better.
