yes i have one tab after 7 days of my first dose exactly on 30/05/2014 i puted it under my tongue and didnot repeat up to now
i havent seen a change sir my ex homeopath confirm your remedy he said you must be a excellent homiopath and your remedy is intellegently.
he belives calcera carb in side of your remedy is good.
but i didnot use it without your permision
whats your idea? can it help me?
why i have not seen change after ambra although it s so and so near to me? and there is no any remedy such similar to me.
i became hopless that my symptom does not have any treatment.
because i havent seen such a good and prepared remedy to me as ambra but it coudnot help me too.

exactly now im alone in my job place but without any reason my right ear is hot and extrimely red. or when i read your last post about my fault i became hot and red althogh there is no any body around me

It is very important that you follow my instructions as carefully as you can. I give them for particular reasons, even if I don't always explain them to you.
These were the instructions:
If you have the liquid form of a remedy, you should hit the bottle firmly against the palm of the hand 5 times. Place 3 drops into 100mls of water, stir thoroughly, and take 2 teaspoons into the mouth. Hold in the mouth for 20 seconds and swallow.
Repeat doses must be done this way. The dry dose will usually not work, and in fact may cause an aggravation, if it does anything at all.
So now we are in a situation where I do not know if the remedy did not help because it was the wrong remedy, or because you didn't administer it in the correct way.
I am also concerned about your mental state.
Are you planning to commit suicide? Have you thought out this plan? How are you planning to do it?
Do you have anyone around you that you can speak to about your desire to commit suicide? Do you have people who care about you who will watch you?
This is a very serious situation, for which an internet forum is a poor substitute for genuine help for you. I need to know you have someone to talk to, who can look out for you.

first question : at first tim i took liquid form as you told me 1 tab in 200 ml water 2 teaspoon hod for 20 sec and swallow but after 1 week no change appeard but i solve tab with a magnetic laboratory stirer
it was a wrong manner? magnetic stirer can destroy drug?
and in second time after 7 days of my first dose i took dry dose.
i have wife and he help me to overcome to thinking to seucide but around me is ful of poisons like kcn agcn hg and... because im chemist and im alone in my work place at nights after 12 i became so depressed and my face and ears became hot and red upto 5 in midnight i cant eat lunch and dinner with others i think all the time that people are starring at me
may be if i have not my wife i kill myself and only because of she i want to continiue my life and i try to treat my symptom

I have no idea what a magnetic stirrer is, but yes it could easily destroy a remedy once it is put into water. The magnetic energy would in fact create its own remedy. If you did that the first time this could easily have prevented the medicine from having an effect.
You need to get a small bottle and dropper, otherwise you cannot properly do repeat doses. You need to make the remedy up as I suggested. Hitting the bottle against the palm of the hand is an important part of the administration of a remedy. Stirring alone does not do enough.
Try not to add or alter my instructions. Do exactly as I have instructed and do it right away. Use a wooden or stainless steel teaspoon. Make sure the water is clean, preferably spring or filtered/purified. Make sure you have this bottle made up so you can hit it.
Because you might be in a serious acute situation, please obtain the remedy Nat-sulph 200c which I may want you to use to negate the suicidal impulses.
Most importantly, I want you to tell someone how you are feeling. Please let someone know that you have these suicidal feelings, so that they are watching over you. Don't just rely on trying to contact me for support for something as important as this. I am thousands of miles away, in a different time zone, with other responsibilities.

but i have the tablet one. how can i use it correctly?
1 tab in 200 ml water and the 2 teaspoon? or 2 tab in bottle with dropper and taking drps?
if first one which container is required? is mineral water container is sutible? can i shke it to solve with hands or no?

'You will need a small bottle with a dropper. Mix 1 part alcohol with 5 parts water. Dissolve 2 pillules into this. You will take your doses from this bottle.
Then follow my previous instructions for taking the dose.'
A remedy made this way is stronger, and more easily absorbed. It is necessary to increase the potency with every dose by hitting the bottle, which can only be done if the remedy is in liquid form.
Mineral water is the same as spring water.
Do not use a mineral water bottle, use a small glass bottle with a dropper. It probably should be around 15-25mls capacity, but slightly bigger or smaller is fine.
Don't shake, you must hit the bottle firmly against the palm of the hand.
Do not take the dry pillules again unless for some reason I advise you to do so (which will be unlikely).
Take the dose now only after following my instructions on making and administering it.
It still may not help you, but unfortunately we need to go through the right steps to be sure it is wrong before moving on to a new remedy.
I still want you to obtain Nat-sulph 200c as well, to use as an emergency remedy until I can reassess the case.

1- i solve 2 pillules in 6 ml(5ml water plus 1ml ethanol)
2-i knock the bottle in my palm of hand 5 times
3-i drop 3 drop into 100 ml water purified and stir with spoon
4-i will take 2 teaspoon of it in my mouth hold for 20 seconds and then swallow it
5-i wont repeat it up to 1 week
is it true?

Yes-you got it right-Please try to
relax a little, Evocationer is a good
homeopath and he will work with you
until something helps you-
All the prescribers on here want you to
get better and it can be done-you might
have to try a few things -but you can
be cured -you have just been dealing
with this for a Long time and it has
worn you down.

They are not complicated, they are very simple. They are also the instructions from the Organon, so I am not going to change them unless it is required. Each step is there for a reason, and can be adjusted to help the patient in some way.

- dissolve 2 pillules in 1 PART alcohol to 5 PARTS water. How big that part is depends on the size of the bottle. If it is a 15ml bottle then it would be 2-3mls of alcohol, although I would just fill the bottle up to 1/5 full and the rest water (easiest way to do it).
- all the rest of it you have understood perfectly.
Report in 2 days what has happened, not 7 days. I do not want to leave you too long in this state.

hi sir today is 2 days after my first dose as you told me 2 pill in 1alcohol 5water in droper container then i hitted (knock) bottom of the bottle in my palm of left hand
then i drop 3 drops of solution in 100 ml purified water
then i took 2 teaspoon of it i kept it for 20 seconds and swallow it
you told me before treat i have to be worse
but now after 2 days im a little relaxed and my stress is (just a little) lower than before and i feel a little hope to future
i am not costive and my stomach is working an im diarrhea
but my blushing : i feel only so little change and i think its because of my relaxation
and in iran is weekends these days and i am not in social situation for example in my work place and other situation
so what is your decision for future?

i feel so better than before ambra grisa less stress less blushing but i have it yet because my blushing is so powerful and i feel more hope without thinking to suicide but there is blushing yet but not such past today is 7 days after first dose
