Need urgent help: exostosis _{Page 2 of 2}

He started the medicine yesterday...Today is Day 2.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Showrav, today is Day 4 of the medication. The stiffness is better. He doesn't need to bend & unbend like he used to do every time. Tenderness behind the knee area has reduced also, but still there. I am not clear on how to check if there has been any change in the bone growth. Please let me know how.
Also, tomorrow he will be going to another city, for a summer program for 5 weeks. So, I need to know should I continue this medicine and dosage. Also, if you can tell what other medicines I should send with him, in case needed.
I really appreciate all your help & advise.

I wanted to provide an update. Day 6: felt little pull in that area while climbing stairs
Day 9: popping has come back. He has to bend and unbend….but not that often as what he used to do earlier before starting medicine.

We are continuing the medicine, Please let me know if something needs to be changed.

Just to be clear, i understood that no milk & milk products and fish oil. I didn't understand no bones? Can you please clarify. Thanks.

Today is day 14 of medication. You had asked us to provide an update after 15 days.
Thursday & Friday (Day 9 & 10), it was hurting a little bit. From Saturday, he started wearing a knee brace during the day, it didn't hurt with brace. It doesn't pop that often now. Growth feels the same.
Earlier, the right knee would bother him, the front knee cap used to randomly hurt. There is no change there, and it's the same now. During the doctor visit, we had asked the doctor and he checked and it looked OK, he said it could be because of change in walking because of the left knee problem. No X-rays were taken.
Day 14: Another new development today is medium level pain in the pointed bone near the right toe, when he walks - tinge of pain - comes for few seconds and then goes away for 30 seconds. When he sits, then it is occasional pain only but it's all the time, when he walks.
The burning hurting feeling at the side of the left leg when he jogged earlier, is still there. Now he feels when he walks fast for 10 minutes or so.
Please advise on next steps.

Also, wanted to check if I need to shake the Acid Fluor + water mixture. I just put the Acid Fluor drops in water and give it. Please advise. Thanks!!

Stopped Acid Fluor for 2 days and didn't use knee brace. Leg is stiffening, but he is not able to unstiffen it. he feels a little weird without the brace. he can't walk without brace, has to limp because it strains tendons. feels tendon stretching and tightness. it pops and after unlock, it just comes back right away. really bothering him.
Also, wanted to let you know that from day 6 of starting medicine, he joined the summer program where he has to walk more (from Monday to Friday) than what he was doing at home.
Can you please advise on next steps.
