Too early to intervene.
Take Mag Phos 6X two doses a day for 3 days. What constitutes a dose depends on the tablet size and is written on the bottle.

Sepia 200C
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon.
Once as above, no repeat.
Sepia has to be taken today or max by tomorrow. Do not delay.

Sir periods stared from last evening but it is spotting of dark brown colour yet actual bleeding is not started.

Dr zady I really appreciate ur concern in my case after a long time I have periods with no pain. I was very tense and try every treatment from operations to danocran harmonies medicine but everything was failed now I have confidence that thing are going better day by day. Sir today is last day of periods situation is almost stable I just have little bit pain in left overy since morning.
