Sir vaginal infection is gone after taking medicine periods not yet came but I have cramps from last one week in abdomen and sore breast as well.

Bleeding started since morning but I have gain weight in abdomen yet bleeding is normal at yet but I have pain and pressure in abdomen specially on right side feeling dizzy.Sir plz recommend medicine which help to conceive I am worried.thanx stay blessed

Sir I am going to doctor after one hour I want to ask that what I consult to doctor about my current situation or pregnancy as well because it is known that allopathic medicine for pregnancy effect hormones.

Sir I take medicine which u prescribed and get relief at night but now have little pain in both overies Have slight pressure downwards.also have constipation Doctor examines and prescribed some multi vitamins she said that there is light swelling in uterus.i use hot bottle at abdomen to get relief.
Backache is now reduce and sore breast also fine now.
Sir before this periods i have sever cramps before one week before which was Very unusual for me.now bleeding is normal with small clots but at late night bleeding was heavy with clots.
From two months before periods one day I have dark brown spot and then bleeding start.
Sir plz recommend medicine for pregnancy as well because I have pressure from In laws as this is my second marriage.

Natrum Mur 200
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon
Once as above. No repeat. Update after 10 days
