Stomach and knee
I am 58 yrs. short 73 kg. mouth salivates a lot at night. Go frequently to urinate at night like 4-5 times. Flatulence, stools are not bound together. Many times undigested. Keep getting fishers and some times pilestoo. It seems oesophagus is full of food. No burning no pain here or stomach. My clinical results are all good.Both knees bone on bone. They only pain when walking. But there is a special pain which happens any time and that is deadly. Especially in left leg. It starts with soreness kind of pain at out side of calf six inch above heel and 6' below knee turns into pain and goes on top of the foot and back of the knee. Very very bad. Goes on its own. I have related this to bad stomach I mean bowels.
I have achilles bone spur in my both feet. This year I got gout attack in my toes.
Oh I need to go to urinate in hurry otherwise leaks a bit.
Please help me with my stomach. Feel free to ask me questions.

There are no patent or standard remedies in Homeopathy. It depends on the symptoms one exhibits.

Tightness in upper chest especially at night time. Have to get up and take sips of water, a few burps and get better. Water otherwise also makes me burp. Oesophagus feels full. No burning no pain. Just tightness kind of pain upper chest. Bowel spy tomes I have written above.

I am in USA and compounds are not available here. I have Net Phos and Net sulf 6 x. What does third medicine S stands for.?

Since this is all volunteer people are not always on everyday, especially
on week ends.
What is your diet like? Do you have chocolate every day?
Many times this can be fixed by adjusting and eliminating some things
out of the diet.
The third medicine is an abbreviation of the medicine Mercurius Solubilis..

In compund no-25, it is combination of Natrum Phas, Natrum Sulph and last one is
Silica-12x
If you have earlier two, pl buy this Silica-12x and take
1+1+1=3 pallets morning and 1+1+1=3 pallets evening

Ty Dr. My diet is healthy. I don't like choclate. I don't take coke, ice creams ANC cakes either. Chips and fried are rare too. Only my lunches are little big but healthy. I eat my lunch till I feel full. Dinners are small portion. Some days not even a sinle spoon of added suger in whole day. Other wise maximum 3 tea spoon suger in day. That is also rare. May average 2 cookies a day.

Sorry for this delay. There is no much deference in my condition with any of those two. If it is it's marginal. The only thing which is gone and I had mentioned. My right eye had discharge because of my contacts. That is gone. I still feel something stuck in my oesophagus. Taking water and burping relives it.
Is there any medicine to either built cartilage in knee or lubricate it?

Sorry for this delay Dr. But actually not much difference in my condition. I still feel something is stuck in my oesophagus Still drinking water and burping relieves the condition. One thing got better which I had forgotton to mention and that is mucus discharge from my eyes which was due to my contact lenses. I don't have that any more. Is there any medicine which can built knee cartilage or can lubricate the joints?

Dr. Finally day before yesterday I received pulsatilla 1m. I took is yesterday an took just now. My question is, isn't it too strong to take 1m dose every day?

for a week. See what happens.
Possibilities are:
1. nothing happens
2. you start to feel worse and then better
( then you do not take until it gets worse
again)
3.You feel worse and it stays that way
and does not change ( wrong remedy)
4. You have new things you never had
( wrong remedy)
5. You feel better and better with
no worsening at all.

Ty so much for guidance. I took two nights in continuation. Definitely till now no new symptoms. I slept well so it did not react either. In past when I was young pulsatilla. Grafite , seliciia and some times thuja have been medicines for me. Do you mind asking me this time pulsatilla is given for what? Stomach or knee or both in general.
