Three drops in some 10 ml of water will be one dose.

= yes , she hears .

= she likes bathing in cold water .

= peculiar habit : whole year , she uses bold quilt when she sleeps in cold or hot weather . sometimes she laughs or crying without reason . if unknown person asks any question to her , she doesnot answer , go away from there . sometimes she does echolalia . she likes to off the light of room in night . she likes dark room and likes loneliness . maximum time , she likes to live alone . she dislikes gathering with people .

Please give her one dose of TARENTULA 1M on a single day ( 3 drops in some 10 ml of water in empty stomach).
In case this remedy doesn't produce a response, you should try the next best indicated remedy - HELLEBORUS NIGER 30C.
Please source this remedy in the mean time. I will tell you when and how it has to be given to her in case tarentula fails totally.

If you don't notice any change in her mentals in the next 2 to 3 days, it means the remedy is incorrect.

Try on a single day: One dose early in the morning in empty stomach. Let her sleep for another one or two hours.
Once you see a change in her mentals, you can give it once for some days.
Report to me after a week.

You will get to know the changes on the same day, if any.

Once you have started with Hell Niger, please check out some higher potencies before discarding the remedy.
Source 200C and give her two doses on the same day, each dose 30 minutes apart.
We will do the case taking again and look for another remedy if this fails even in higher potencies.

2 days isn't enough time to judge the effectiveness of a remedy. Wait a week or two before doing that.
30c is quite powerful - for many years it was the highest potency that Hahnemann used to cure patients with.

Let's see but in my experience, mental symptoms change within 48 hours if there's a response at all.
Physical symptoms may take time to get better or worse in a few more days.

Keep a close watch on her behavior. Note down any change in her, be it in her behavior or her habit, her conversation etc. or anything physical.

1. if I ask any question , she gives us quick answer after taking this remedy .
2.sometimes she is laughing without reason . she is not crying . one week ago ,sometimes she was laughing and crying without reason . now only laughing sometimes .
3. sometimes she is telling meaningless word .
4. now she looks like cheer up . It means , her mood is on .
5. sleeping time is increased . one week ago , she slept 8 hours, but now she is sleeping 10 hours .
