Please don't give any dose as long as she is showing improvement. When you see her earlier symptoms showing up again, give her one dose.
I would suggest you to wait for 2 weeks at least in any case before you give another dose.

I am giving her weekly dose of helleborus niger 200c . already three weeks gone . I am sorry to say that no mental improvement . not any change in her, be it in her behavior or her habit, her conversation etc. not any physical change . so please take this case again and look for another remedy . I think you will be successful .

You said Helleborous Niger did create an initial response.
Is she back to her original state?
List down all her current mental symptoms and modalities. Meanwhile stop giving her 200C on a regular basis. Get hold of 1M and give her a single dose. Don't repeat without consulting with me.

Here are all details and her current symtoms and mental conditions about my autistic daughter . please read these and search new remedy .
1) Her age is 14 years . Her weight is 62 KGs. Height 5 feet .she can speak . she can understand all question . but she cannot give all answers .
2) She cannot ask any question to anyone. She just gives answers only . no questions to anyone at all from her till now. this is very important matter to her .
3) She can eat all meals by her hand . she can go to toilet and wash by her own hand .
4 ) she is not hyperactive. She is calm and quiet . Not aggressive . But very emotional .
5) she prefers to listen melodious song for hours to hours by mobile phone . she can sing three to five songs accurately .
6 ) Her eye contact is little good . she contacts eye to eye for some moments .
7) She has no problem of sleeping . she sleeps timely and rises from bed timely . everyday 8 hours she sleeps .
8 ) she can read only A,B, C ,D to Z alphabet . But she cannot read words or sentences. she has no interest in reading and writing at all .she cannot art anything and cannot colour accurately . colour goes to out of the line .
9 ) she has no sense about shyness , diffident . after bath , she becomes undressed in front of another guest or people at home .she doesnot
understand about shyness .
10 ) sometimes she crying and laughing without reason . maximum time , she laughs without reason .
11 ) she doesnot have feelings about her family member's pain or sorrow . if any close relatives die , she has no feelings . she doesnot feel any other's pain and sorrow . unfeeling attitude. if her brother is hurt , she has no feelings for him .
12). she does not understand if someone is using humor about her or about anything.
13 ) she prefers to eat sugar-full icecream , choclate and sweet , biscuits etc .she doesnot prefer sourful food items , salty food and fruits .
14 )her main problem is lower mental growth . I mean , her age is 14years , but her behaviour is three years old baby. Foolish Behaviour .
15 ). she is over emotional and over sensative . if she see icecream or chocolate to anybody's hand in market, she will grab it quickly and eat that.
16) Her concentration is not good . difficulty concentrating to any work .
17 ). she doesnot like talking . she prefers to be silent.
18 ) we gave her homeopathic medicines before . those are : Bioplasgen 24 (Schwabe , Germany ) , Anacardium 30 . She took bioplasgen 24 for 2 years approximately . and she took anacardium 30 for six month . then recently baryta carb 30 for two months and kali phos 6X for one month . zincum met , tarentula , helleborus niger etc .
19 ) there is no physical sufferings . only mental health problem .
20 ) she doesnot prefer to go any other places . she prefers to stay her own home .
21) she likes cold .
22) little bit fears during thunderstorm. but no excessive fears during thunderstorm.
23) not sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc .
24) she has a habit of nail biting .
25) tight clothing aggravates her . she doesnot like creating pressure on her
for anything .
26) no fears at all . no dream repeatedly
27) thirst is normal .
28) hunger is excessive . always she wants to eat . she is looking for food always.
29 ) sweat is normal .
30) bowel movement is normal and daily two times .
31) major diseases is high blood pressure in father , lipoma tumors in mother , heart disease and lung carcinoma in grandfather .
32) menstrual cycles are normal . no biological changes in the body when menses .

Please give her one dose of SULPHUR 1M on a single day morning in empty stomach and note her mental changes for the next one week. Tell me if you noted any change whatsoever.

How many times does she wash her hands? Do you think she does it often and even when not required?
Can you write the family health history of your daughter which includes your parents and your wife's parents.

she washes her hands single time after taking her meal . i mean , three times for whole day .no extra washes .
my parent's and my wife's family had no any autistic child . My father had lung circonoma ( can-cer lung ) and my wife's father has heart disease .

Please wait for a day or two. When I get some time, I will try to suggest another suitable remedy.
Meanwhile please recall when and under what circumstances her autistic symptoms started for the first time.
Did she suffer from any illness like croup or malaria or measles etc. just before these symptoms surfaced?
Did this start after taking any steroids or vaccine or any strong medicine.

please take your time . don't hurry up . when this autism was started up , i don't tell you exactly the causes . this is my thought and I guess that , when I gave her MMR vaccines ( she was 2 years old ), may be or may be not , that MMR vaccine is the main cause for her autism . but that was a vaccine . she was not affected in malaria , measles or rubela disease in that time .
anyway , take your time . and give me your best remedy .

If her autistic symptoms have started just after taking MMR vaccination, her remedy is SILICEA.
Give her three doses of SILICEA 200C ten minutes apart on a single day. If you see even a slight change in her behavior in the next one week, let me know.
We will put her on a sustained dosage of SILICEA if this one shows response.
