hi dr :
i saw improvement with staphysagria but not much, she didnt fight as much and didnt want to break the toys but not something remarkable .
right now, she is at peak with all the issues, negative , a lot of tantrums, does the opposite, fights for the potty , doesnt want to get her hair washed , i mean every thing is ending in a fight .
i saw improvement with stramonium but as you said she does very well right after and then got worse and then better , and that is not how is supposed to work.
i got a little lost with her , with her brother i see things more clear .
please, guide me when you can.

Actually let me explain something to you, that is often difficult to see clearly with homoeopathy and requires careful observation.
Homoeopathy heals by creating short lasting artificial disease, that very closely resembles your own naturally-occuring disease. The patient responds to this by pushing against it in the opposite direction, which causes their vital force to stabilize (and thus cure).
Now when we take a remedy, the first thing that happens is we transform our symptoms into the symptoms of the remedy - we absorb the remedy and change into it, so to speak. It REPLACES our normal set of symptoms with a new set, although one that are very similar.
In my experience over the years, this period of transformation can take longer in some people than it does in others. The initial perception of this happening in the patient might be an apparent VANISHING of symptoms. This is because their vital force suspends their own natural disease to take on the artificial one.
THEN the aggravation will start, as the remedy's artificial symptoms become perceptible. Once this passes then you get amelioration again.
This period of apparent relief might be a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days (rarely though).
Now this is difficult to sort out sometimes, in the initial stages. I feel that you can see the difference between this and mere palliation, because with palliation there is improvement then aggravation but NOT followed again by amelioration. That does not happen with palliation OR with suppression.
Can you give me an exact report on how she improved, and then how she has relapsed?

thanks for the wonderful explanation about the remedies and how they work .
well, we gave her 2 remedies staphysagria and then stramonium .
now we are referring to staphysagria, with this one , i didnt see too much progress , i noticed in a few days that she wasnt as aggressive of breaking things that she was before but the screaming at night , and the other symptoms basically remained the same .
then after that you told me to give her one dose of stramonium and then i saw a big difference the stammering was gone , and is still gone, she was eating better, not screaming .
but it was kind of confusing, she was good on some things right after the remedy and aggravated on other fields within a few days.
now is almost a month or more that she didnt take anything and everything is flaring up again.
also the sense of smelling everything new,, instead of touching things she smells everything even when we go to the supermarket, that is very weird for me even things that are not food she smells .
if you ask me how did i see it between the 2 remedies for me the one that gave her more results was the stramonium very fast changes, but didnt last long maybe 2 weeks after it she was relapsing.
