This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
My memory is becoming weak due to allopathic medicines. Even i forget to give feedback to you. I make a reminder on my mobile and whenever symptoms come in my mind i write in notepad of laptop. I am really SORRY for not writing in one attempt.
Some more symptoms are given as:
I dont like talking in public. I become silent in public.
Dont mix up with anyone easily
Life is limited to home because i have 2-3 friends.
I feel nervous and shy when people look at me
Fear of failure
Fear of making mistakes
Can not talk to girls.....shyness of girls
Trembling hands during presence of anybody
Heartbeat increases in public appearance
Anxiety of interview, presentation and big event
Loose motion before big event like going to marriage, party, big function etc
Can not make eye contact
Can not take my meal in group of friends
If someone joke on me i become nervous and lose my confidence
Speaking specific words all the time when i am alone. But i dont speak in the presence of anybody
Watching mirror to see face many times a day
Repeat checking alarm in night
Putting fingre in nose many times
Making particular gestures and postures when hurtful thoughts come in my mind. The thoughts are of that time in which my idea or proposal was rejected by anyone

Well - this seems to paint a very clear picture of another remedy. Another Sycotic remedy too, which is perhaps why the Medorrhinum had some small effect.

Yielding, submissive, cannot refuse anything

Sensitive to the opinions of others
Many fears, fears death illness heights
Considering the constant allopathic medication, I think we should start on more frequent doses of Pulsatilla 12c. Get hold of this (in liquid form) and take one dose every 2 days, exactly as I told you to take the previous medicine. Do this for 1 week then report any changes (so 4 doses).

Sir, here in homeopathic shops of my town, only Pulsatilla 200 is available right now. And City is 30 kMs away from here.

If that is all you can get, then yes. Just take ONE dose only though - no more until we see what happens.

If the potency is too high you may see no reaction. That would be my concern.
Repeat the dose one more time, then we will do a reassessment of the case.

Do you know where this remedy was made? Who made it and how it was made? The pharmacy it was made in may be important. Are you able to check that?

This remedy was made by SBL PVT. LTD. in Delhi(India).
I purchase mostly SBL homeopathy products. I think this pharmacy is good in India.
Today i went to meet my allopathic doctor. I told him my problems. He suggested me to take full dose of oxitine cr 12.5 mg
Now, I am taking following medicines.
OXITINE CR 12.5 mg ( one tablet at night )
MIBETA SR 40 mg ( half tablet before going to college )
I had severe hurry problem due to PIPRA-A 15 mg.....so my allopathic doctor told me not to take this medicine further.

Alright I have had another look over your case. Can you obtain ANACARDIUM 200c, in liquid form, and take 2 doses, spaced 24 hours apart.
Take it in the same manner as the others.
