Thanks Doctor for your response;
Yes, he does include fibrous food as all of us do at home; takes enough water and liquids like juices etc.: we in the family take the same food in quality and quantity but he is the only who gets constipation.
Perhaps, it is there for more than a year or so.

2) How frequently he passes the stool in a day and week? ; once two in days , sometimes three days

3) What does he do when he is severely constipated? How does he get rid of this problem? HE DOES NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT; But the toilet gets stuck because of hard, thick and dry stool; we tried soda bicarb a few times but t did not work;

4) How long he has been suffering from nose bleeding? How much blood flow? is it active bleeding?
ABOUT A YEAR; He gets it once in a while with no specific time or reason from the front of the nose;
Bleeding is nor profuse and not very active; looks like it comes from nose membrane

5) What would you do if he gets nose bleeding? JUST PUT WET CLOTH FOR SOME TIME and it gets settled by itself; no pain but it looks odd and worrisome

6) Please explain in detail about his emotional nature. What do you mean by emotional nature? If possible explain with some examples.
does not like stories ending with tragedy;
once I said to him to keep my watch securely after I die; with a little pause, he said, BABA let us talk something better instead;
does not like injustice, crime ( stealing, robbing or killing) while watching the movies or even otherwise;
likes to help his friends ; would like to share things with them; He got Community championship award for his social and volunteer services ( helping younger children to cross road, helping them on steps ) etc.

7) You said he 'want things to be in order' does it mean that he is very perfect and organised what he does? What would he do if things are not in order?
Yes, he tries to be perfect and organized and wants others to be like him
does not leave anything in his plate; close the running water tap; switch off light here and there; does not like to waste the resources;
a thing should be kept where it should be and in order; not one shoe here and another in another place;
will tell his parents not to speed the car beyond the speed limits;
If things are not according to his liking, he gets angry and will shout , if we do not listen to him , will cry or otherwise in protest, isolate himself quietly in another room.

Hi Davendra,

Give him 1 dose of Nux vomica 200c once a day for 2 days.

One dose means if the medicine is available in pellets form, keep 4 pellets under the tongue and let it dissolve.
If medicine is available in liquid form, mix 2 drops of medicine in a half cup of water and give 2 teaspoons out of that.

Day 1 - one dose of Nux vomica 200c at night either 30 mins before or after the food.

Day 2 - another single dose of Nux vomica 200c at night either 30 mins before or after the food.

Let me know if you have any query with respect to the medicine.

Thanks

Hello Davendra,

Could you tell me what does he feel when he is constipated? Does he say anything pertaining to his problem? if possible, could u describe me his facial expression or gestures during the problem?

Did shown any concern for his problem (constipation and nosebleed) at any point of time?

homeodr 8 years ago
THANK you Doctor for your very prompt reply.
He has no problem and shows no concern about it. Since, it has been a kind of normal thing for him, he does not feel about it, It does not effect him in his activities or otherwise. It is only we feel about him and especially when the toilet is stuck.
Nose bleeding is once in a while, it is not there now for quite some time. But he does feel panicky about it because of the blood which is quite normal for any one.
with kindest regards.

Hi davendra,

. It's good to know tat this problem doesn't bother him, otherwise lot of children at his age usually express there problem in the form of anger or irritability.

Anyways, just a quick question, was there any event in his life where he had to suppress his anger or emotions or has developed strong fear of some kind.

Also u mentioned tat the problem of constipation started 1year back, was there any event that might have triggered this issue?

Kindly reply me.. Thanks

Resp. Doctor,
No, He is a very style boy; not a careless person;
Nothing special happened during two three years which is worth mentioning for emotional cause;;
Perhaps, it looks like a PHYSICAL problem rather than an emotional one.
with Greetings
