dr. akshay mohl please help
Hello Doctormy mother has been suffering from sleeplessness from may times ago.she is 51 yrs old.weight 60 kg approx. She feels sleepy but unable to sleep before midnight. She useally goes to sleep at 11pm could not sleep until 12:30.she also gets up early in the morning 5 a.m.once she gets up then she could not sleep again.however that does not affects her daily household jobs. She also feels pain in joints speciallying on waist and upper joints of hand . Her blood pressure is normal.she always feels heat on her plam which resembles fever like condition all the time. She is now taking alzolam.0.25 before going to bed. This medicine is quite helpful for sleep problem but I want a permanent homeopathy cure. So I need your suggestions.

pl give more detail of her food habits ,any disease in the past,any blood loss,menupause yes or not,any stress ,sweating normal or excess and where ,any fear, anxiety .liking for salt sweet etc.Pl give any other information which she wants to convey.

She takes bengali homemade food like rice,dal,fish etc.sweating is normal. She got typhoid when she was 10 yrs. She do tension and anxious too. She couldn't sleep in the night when she knows that next day she has to somewhere. Unnecessary thoughts come in her mind.

All the time she feels a certain fear in her heart but she doesn't know the reason of that fear. When she sits or gets up cracking sound comes out from her bone.

what about uric acid and esr report.pl have arg nit 200 give her at evening time for three days and report back.pl procure agrimony, mimmulus bach flower meds and give her three times daily after three days .two drops of each in two table spoon of water as one dose.

I am really sorry I could not reply your post as I was out of station. The herbs that you have written seem to be unavailable in my area . Is there any alternatives ? bye the way she never went for an uric acid test . Is it mandatory ? How arg nit 200 should be taken ?

it is bach flower medicines which you can get from good homoeopathic stores.arg nit 200 one dose is 8 globules or 4 drops of liquid in two table spoon of water.pl get her blood empty stomach for esr ,and uric acid.

Hope you are well. My mother now getting better sleep than before with arg nit 200. I have not found other 2 medicines that you had pescribed. Is there any alternative? Her pain on joints has remained same.
