Hello Doctor Nawaz,
Hope you are doing fine. I have completed my course of medicines. Pl find my current status.
1. Pain. Reduced after 2 days of starting medicine and currently having feeling of anal mass post BM but magnitude is on lower side. Feels anal mass is in center of anus.
2. BM is happening but still I have to go 2 times to feel it complete and I go in the evening also and I get BM movement every time.
3.Gas problem has subsided but whenever need to pass on gas, feel like anus is very vulnerable..feel like tearing.
4. Off late I am realizing that I am skipping name of people and places and have to put pressure to remember it as my job pressure is increasing .

Kindly advise me further course as I have to go on official tour of a week... Request your medicine.

I have completed my 3 days course. My situation is better but post BM I still feel pain and anal mass is still observed after BM. Since I am traveling so I have to eat food very selectively but still I am finding it unavoidable to eat rice...and I am scared that it might get aggravate and not taking any medicine.
Kindly advise me sir.

No I am without any medicine... I have not taken any medicine since I have started your prescriptions.
What I mean to say that I am always scared that this problem may get back to its worst as improvement has been obtained after a very long with your prescription.

Dear Dr Nawaz,
Today evening during BM, I had bleeding and it was fresh blood drops . I noticed when I felt that some liquid is dropping out and it continued for 5min and then it stopped and I noticed clotted blood afterwards.
I had bleeding after so many months and I was already scared that I might returned to my previous state...I am really very depressed with my health issue. All my efforts has gone for vain..
I do not what's wrong had happened .
Kindly suggest.

Hope you are doing fine. Let me brief you on last week incidents. Post our discussion, I took 3 days course. On 8th Oct, I had normal BM and as usual I was lying on bed for rest and after half an hour I found a lot of blood on my bed as I had bleeding and I could not notice or felt it and afterwards I was very worried and asked for local doctor and he prescribed me medicine for stopping blood and I took it 3 times in a day for next 3 days. I felt very relaxed in my BM and feeling of anal mass has also reduced a bit now. But I am too scared with this incident. I am not taking any medicine as of now . After BM I feel soreness in anus like same but mass has reduced a bit. It was a very embarrassing situation at hotel and I felt too humiliated with this incident. Kindly tell me what's stage my problem and how long will it take to get cured. Its has changed my life and my confidence. Rgds

Hi, I forgot to mention, the blood was bright fresh red...and medicine which I took was copulas plus...if u want I can give you salt combination. Every time now I feel blood is coming and I feel moist in anus like some moisture is in anus area after BM or bath which makes further skeptical about bleeding.. Thanks

Are you upset with any of my action or words??? You are not advising me any medicine.
I had told you earlier that I am going on business tour and am a bit of nervous.... This incident has happened and medicine which I had taken was my not my choice but in emergency.... I took it for stopping my bleeding and after bleeding I was feeling a bit relaxed this is what I noticed in my symptoms...today also I had bleeding which was not known to me after BM when I was lying in bed...
Pl advise me medicine and help me get cured of it.

Completed 2 days course. For last few days I have not seen any blood but I am taking almost 45 mins in BM. I am not going for BM second time in morning as I used to do but feeling of complete BM is same day felt and some day I feel urge.
Anal mass is still there and located in center of anus and it takes 2 hours time to get subside and goes back into anus...and i resume to 100% normal memtal and physical activity. some day it takes more when ever I wish to hurry. Burning is almost gone.
Pl advise further course.

I have completed my 5 days course. For last one week, I have not spotted any blood during or after BM. I keep on feeling moist and soreness in anus after BM. Anal mass is still present and pains in morning after BM. Burning has gone. Duration of BM is still 30/40mins .Mentally I always doubtful after BM that I may bleed and this make me very worry..
Kindly advise me further.

I had completed the course of medicine as advised.I have following progress to be reported.
1. It is still taking me 30-45 mins for complete BM and I feel urge at last for complete BM and hard stool is causing a not more problem in BM.
2. Bleeding- I had bleeding few times during BM and still feel moist post BM. While lying post BM I have thought that bleeding may occur and it is causing me a lot of mental stress.
3. Anal Mass - still it is there and post BM I feel something like sten cord inside anus and I have to lay down for an hour to get relaxed and it goes inside and then I feel 100% OK.
4. Pain and Burning- It is pain after BM and It continue for at least 2 hours...and sometimes it goes to penis and felt like anus to penis.
5.Gas and sound of bubble comes from stomach at times.

Kindly advice.
