I had completed the course of medicine as advised.I have following progress to be reported.
1. It is still taking me 30-45 mins for complete BM and I feel urge at last for complete BM and hard stool is causing a not more problem in BM.
2. Bleeding- I had bleeding few times during BM and still feel moist post BM. While lying post BM I have thought that bleeding may occur and it is causing me a lot of mental stress.
3. Anal Mass - still it is there and post BM I feel something like sten cord inside anus and I have to lay down for an hour to get relaxed and it goes inside and then I feel 100% OK.
4. Pain and Burning- It is pain after BM and It continue for at least 2 hours...and sometimes it goes to penis and felt like anus to penis.
5.Gas and sound of bubble comes from stomach at times.
Kindly advice.

Hello Sir,
My daily schedule is as follow..
I usually get up at 6.30 am and get ready for work by 9 am and I take full diet in the morning with chapati, vegetables, daal and rice and when I am not well or having pain I take cornflakes with milk or oats. In afternoon I do not take much..juice. Or two chapatis with vegetables and take full meal if had not taken bf in morning. At night again I am either on chapati or cornflakes with milk... My vegetables are very less oily and nil spicy.
Now coming to my pain...
When I go for BM , I take 30-45 mins to feel complete BM else I am not OK. After BM I feel like something has come out from anus like one sten and it pains and pain is extended till penis and I feel tensed cord in my penis at right side and urine flow is also not felt complete. It keep on urinating . I lay down for 1-2 hours and gradually I feel that it is going inside and once it is inside, my pain..and every thing goes away and I am completely OK. This duration is depending upon my stool duration and easy BM. The more I get good BM, the less problem I get and when I travel I eat food , I get more constipated and pain and duration goes up to 4-5 hours.
I have felt that when I try to message area between Anus and tesiticals upwards I feel it get relax but not sure on this.
At time I also feel heavyness in my right side of lower abdomen if I am constipated and when BM is getting ok , most of the problems are minimized...
Kindly advise.

Hi,
Please take Lycopodium 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 dose every 3rd day, around 4:00PM, for 2 weeks.
Also, take Berberis Vulgaris Q, 11 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, l time a day, at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days.
You must stop taking any Milk, Rice, Potatoes, Peas, Cauliflower, Nan and cold drinks for the time being.
Many prayers for your good health.

Please take Podophyllum Peltatum 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 7 days.
Also, take Natrum Phos 6x, 4 tablets, after each meal, for 7 days.

Still having pain in testis and burning sensation n urge t urinate .is there any homeopathy medicine that can really give me some relief and dissappear my cyst as well

If there is no relief take Staphysagria 200 in the same way.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

And he checked me saying I have got prostatis and enlarge of prostate.
Because of prostate pressure I can't sit my back and pelvic and hip bone paining and lost my 6kilo weight .Wat should I do?
At the moment I am on doxcyiline 100mg for 14 days course and ciprofloxacin for 28days

BM- it's some how OK but not very notable improvement observed. Time duration is almost 30-45 mins still.
Anal Mass- it felt after BM and pains but subside after 1-2 hours and still its present but I feel it is less in size as when u started your medicine.
I sometimes notice blood while BM but its not after BM..blood is bright red.
Rest I am not finding any notable problems...
Pl advise further course.

Constipation- I get BM as usual but it still taking 30-45 mins and I feel gas inside and pass on after BM. Till I am not completely relieved, I have pain in anus.I have bubbling sound in stomach.
Anal mass- after BM it gets out of anus and take 2-3 hour's to get inside. Few times I have noticed blood and I noticed moisture and water like discharged .
